It took her three (3) hours to do it and it was still incorrect. She literally was staring at the screen of her computer and not doing anything at all. She asked Connie to help her twice and the problem was finally resolved. I was absolutely dissatisfied with this experience and would ardently dissuade anyone from getting their taxes done by this woman. If you wan it done quickly, efficiently and correctly, have Connie do it, or skip this location all together !!
