I had a terrible experience with this plumbing service. I originally called them to fix a simple…read moretoilet connection leak. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they removed the entire toilet, broke the flange, and then tried to convince me it was already damaged -- even though I knew for a fact it wasn't. To make things worse, they did not reinstall the toilet correctly. The bolt was left crooked and unstable (see photo), and the toilet was not secured the way it should be, they charged me 350$ When I called them back to fix their own mistake, they repeatedly hung up on me. I tried multiple numbers and none of them answered. Extremely unprofessional and completely irresponsible. I now have to hire another plumber to fix the damage they caused. I highly recommend avoiding this service -- they caused more problems than they solved.

If this is how it is just to get an estimate I can't wait to see how the work would go. They could do the best work in the world but business practices like this will sink the ship.

BE CAREFUL. AC got installed yesterday and it is already BROKEN. We live in Santee with bedrooms on…read moretop floor. Day of planned installation, family emergency w our tech, we understood, no problem. Day 2, they can't do it because a hole needs to be cut and area isn't perfectly even. They leave equipment blocking my access to park in garage and take off. We contact fiancés friend who owns HVAC Co in another state who says these are common issues; there's no reason they can't do both. I ask them to come back, offer "a little extra if needed" for time/supplies. They return day 3 but can't finish that day - no mention of extra $$ they'll charge. Tech returns alone day 4, wraps up installation, adds Freon several times and tests system. Leaves with ac working, yay, but job isn't done. Leaves equipment neater this time in garage, and old unit now sits blocking side entrance which leads to front door. Day 5, first morning of comfort and restful night - we're thankful. I receive a bill w/ an extra $1200 (for the hole and shimmy job) and asked to pay in full NOW. New and old water heater (already paid for/replaced) both still sitting on garage floor, loose wires sticking out from the installed unit, the old unit and wood pellet still blocking gate, fiberglass and dust left for us to clean up. We negotiate the hefty surprise $1200 charge to half and I pay in full, hesitantly. Same evening - freon puddle from new unit discovered when ac stopped blowing cold air. We do not trust this company but have no choice but to wait for repair. But hey - they're PAID IN FULL! I'll gladly update if they make it right, but at this point, I'd steer clear if given a do-over with choosing the company. Update Day 6: Techs came back and repaired the leak, retested the system and took the equipment. Everything is working. Update: it's been a few weeks. The AC works which is great! BUT they're not completely finished and seem to have disappeared....We paid their plumber up front for reinstallation of the water heater and he hasn't returned 3 calls/messages. The unit is still sitting in the garage. We're out about 4 hundreds dollars and ..... crickets. We will be filing a report with the BBB as the company is MIA.

WORST plumbing company EVER! After purchasing my first new home, I was referred to this company by…read morea friend who had a good experience when the father owned the company but now the son has taken over and he does not care AT ALL and is shady. I spoke with the new owner/son, Ryan, and sent him a picture of my rusted-out plumbing under the bathroom sink and he said someone would call to make an appointment. Teyo called, made an appointment and came out to look at the plumbing in the bathroom at 7:30 am. He said he could "replace the faucet". When I asked what was going on with the plumbing, he just kept repeating he could "replace the faucet". I asked if that was going to correct the plumbing issue, he said yes without any explanation whatsoever, so I was confused, was the plumbing issue going to be fixed or not? Since this company came so highly recommended, I assumed he would correct the rusted-out plumbing under the sink easily so asked him if he could replace two other faucets (not rusted out) that I had already purchased and replace 7 angle stops, he said yes, no problem. Then he told me he would be back in 20 minutes. When he returned at 8 am he had a child with him who appeared to be around 12-13 years old. Teyo didn't mention who the child was or what he was doing there. They went to work in the downstairs bathroom together and the next thing I know Teyo is working in the upstairs bathroom and the unlicensed minor was working in the downstairs bathroom. Teyo finished the job by 10 am and handed me an invoice for almost $1400! I told him I didn't expect an invoice anywhere near that amount since he was only in my home for two hours and I had supplied the three faucets. When I asked him how he came to this amount he just pointed to the invoice which was not broken down. I ended up paying it and texted Ryan to call me saying I had questions about the bill and didn't think it was correct. After multiple messages, he finally called me back several days later and I said I didn't think the invoice was correct and asked him to break it down for me. He said he hadn't looked at the invoice and would do so and get back to me. I also spoke with him about Teyo bringing a child to my home without introducing him and said the child was working on my plumbing without my consent or any supervision saying I hired a licensed plumber, not an unlicensed inexperienced minor. Ryan said he was on spring break and it's better for him to be on the job than at home playing video games, "that's how they learn", he said. Ryan AGAIN said he would look at the bill and call me back. NEVER heard back from him. I texted several times and called, no response from Ryan. EVER! * Overpriced, inaccurate, ridiculous bill for the work that was done * Underaged, unlicensed child working in my home without my consent * No response to my questions about the bill * Extremely unprofessional * No customer service I would not recommend them at all, terrible experience.
