Most of the responses I received were "canned" and urging me to book and appointment. I chose West Coast Drains & Plumbing because Steven followed up asking more about our issue and took the time to call my husband to troubleshoot the potential source of the leak. Steven was able to get us on their schedule the following morning. Jimmy (tech) arrived the next morning and investigated where the leak was coming from, provided the solutions to fix the pipe and water damage. Steven arrived on site to arrange for remediation and guide us through the process we needed to provide our homeowners insurance with the accurate information to open a claim. The remediation company Steven recommended showed up immediately & started the process. Through the remediation process another pipe leak was discovered and Steven & Jimmy showed up immediately to repair it. They also noticed corrosion & a potential issue that could present itself in our neighbors pipe (shared wall townhome). I spoke with Danny and he was very friendly. He said that he would be to my house right after he finished his other job and sure enough, he came right away as promised. When he arrived he was very pleasant, I felt like we've been friends for a while, he's just a nice, genuine person. He took a look at my garbage disposal and found there was trash caught there. He removed the trash right away and didn't charge me for his time since he lived right down the street. Many plumbers probably would have tried to take advantage of the situation, but not Danny.
