Had a great experience at Delta- I brought my car there, pretty sure it was the transmission because the tranny light was on and the car wouldn't go above 5 mph- john said all it needed was a plug and a coil. Would give zero stars if I could. Bunch of scam artist don't go there. They don't rebuild transmissions they buy used from junk yards and charge you for a rebuild. Watch out they have a guy which they say it's their sales guy. But he's nowhere to be found. When your transmission goes out, you just assume that the business you get your vehicle towed to just sees $$$. This is not the case with Delta. They are honest, fair, helpful, and stand by their word. John and Delta came highly recommended and now I know why. I have told everyone in my office about this place; not something you do if you have any doubts about the business. Sent a crown Vic in for a trans rebuild. Was over 2k. Went to pick it up and asked to go for a drive with the manager. He declined and said it was ready to go and he personally looked it over. Got in and drove away. Every light came on. Apparently they forgot to plug something in. No big deal. They fixed it. Looked underneath and they spray painted the trans and didn't even do a good job. It shifted much differently, wasn't as smooth. Didn't change. Put a few hundred miles on it and the engine blew. Was it their fault? Probably not. But they certainly didn't earn my trust. read more

Had my transmission rebuilt originally told me $1000 ended up being $3000 to rebuild. months later started to leak so I brought it back to fix it couple days later it was leaking again finally its fixed as far as i know. Though i lost my warranty papers and he did me right by covering it under warranty so the fix didnt cost me extra. read more

Gotta say I was really impressed with this place! Granted the situation, no one likes hearing about their tranny going bad. I took my truck to this place in good hopes. I had heard that this place is good for what they do. John was very nice. He guaranteed that my truck leaves knowing that the truck operates perfectly. I brought in my 2005 Altima with a substantial transmission leak.I spoke with a very nice manager John, who told me he would check it out.Several hours later I received a call stating it probably was an oil pan that needed to be tightened.I needed the car back so he tightened the pan and I kept an eye on the ground.So far so good!
