The air conditioning is BROKEN today. Not sure how long it's been this way but combined with the "cozy", smaller size of this Concourse C Sky Club the heat is nearly unbearable. Hopefully they fix soon. Minus 2 stars for this. Staff is passive attentive. Friendly greeting when checking in. Even during "Quite Busy" there was no wait to get in. Delta Sky Club rules are so convoluted. My companion and I, on my reservation, were both FIRST CLASS from MTY to ATL, yet somehow only I had complimentary lounge access but she did not? However, because I happened to have Gold Medallion status I was permitted a companion to enter the lounge with me. If I didn't have Gold Medallion then my companion, even though she was FIRST CLASS would not have been permitted. Anyways First Class doesn't get you lounge with Delta if you don't have at least Gold Medallion Status. read more

My first visit to this particular lounge. It was full, so a short but brief wait to enter. Boarding pass was scanned and up the elevator I went. I stopped by the bathroom. Ladies restroom has 3 stalls and one is handicap/Baby friendly. It was clean and stocked with soap and paper towels. The food served is buffet style. This particular visit the menu consisted of scrambled eggs, pork and chicken sausage, biscuits and gravy, blueberry chia pudding, raspberry yogurt, Greek yogurt, potatoes and fruit. I also saw croissants and cereal options. I tried the potatoes, biscuits and gravy, croissant fruit, pork and turkey sausage. The most satisfying were the potatoes, fruit, and chia pudding. My picture of my plate is NOT the best, but the purple is the chia seed pudding. Would like to see if lunch options are better, but I will miss that option this visit. This is a smaller, older Sky Club, but I really like it. It's cozy, with good service, a small bar area, and really great food (for airport food from a cafeteria serving bulk). When I was there, there was a worker tending very carefully to the food, greeting people, and he actually was picking out carrots and celery that didn't look even in the vegetable tray and discarding them. This is also a location where the new trays are brought out and replaced on carts-- I think this gives people more access to notice spills and dirtiness, compared to when the food counter is right behind the kitchen and they are just carrying things back and forth. Having to fly out of Hartsfield is punishment enough, and this lounge in particular was part of the punishment bundle. The lounge was across from my gate so it was very convenient. However, there was a wait but I was in within 7 minutes. The rep out front did encourage folks to head over to the new lounge in gate D as it recently opened but I wasn't making that walk. Once I got in, the lounge was indeed crowded but I managed to grab a seat. Food selection was horrible but one of the staff members offered me a kosher meal and looked to see if they had another option for me in the back. Mostly all they had available was meat. I then went to the bar to ask for a mocktail and he said he didn't really do those but he could mix pineapple juice with orange juice. Sigh. I declined. Even though there's a decent amount of seating, this lounge needs to be upgraded. The staff was the best part. read more

This is a nice small lounge with wonderful people and service. They have great food and vegetarian options as well. It's very convenient for anyone leaving C terminal. That being said, on the last day I visited, the app was not working correctly and said it was not busy, but it was packed. It was a long line to wait to get in. read more

I thought B was bad. C might be the worst Sky Club at ATL. It's tiny. Cramped. Dark. Minuscule buffet. Unimaginative. Forgotten. Depressing. Just seats stacked on top of each other. I walked in, looked around, and immediately walked back out to run to the huge, bright, new sky club in D. I didn't even take any pics because for one, I didn't want to waste my time, and two, the pics already here say it all. I will say the staff were kind. No complaints there. read more

This small Sky Club certainly beats sitting at the gate, but it's on the lower end of Sky Clubs. The new Delta check-in process at the front desk in which and painless, and I've been happy to see that implemented in both Clubs I've visited today. I came in during the mid-afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving, so the lounge was pretty packed, but not so full that every seat is taken. The hot food bar had meh food including a dry chicken dish, a lukewarm mushroom and rice, tortilla chips, some tired-looking fruit, and a light salad bar that was in need of replenishment. There's a small bar with some complimentary offerings and some "premium" ones available for a fee--I always feel it's kind of miserly when lounges charge fees for certain beverages. But there was no line and service was friendly. There are much better Sky Clubs around, but this is a fine stop in Terminal C. read more

9/21/23 Sitting here in Atlanta Georgia, I have seen some customers wearing Atlanta Falcons merchandise. I have seen staff members who are female on Delta wearing all purple or all grey. The guys can wear some purple but the ones I have seen wear only grey. Okay, I have seen one male wearing a purple sweater with a grey vest and grey pants. We did not get to see much at this airport, but apparently you can get a quick massage, manicure, pedicure or facial. I took pictures. I also like the ability to charge your phone at any of the lounge chairs. This has been an experience. I would have liked to have seen more of Atlanta, but sadly, today is not that day. This cute little lounge, the check in process was quick, thru the double doors and the counter was right in front. After scanning your boarding pass, they found me right away. I will say, the service is pretty good. There were people walking around to check on folks and help pick up disposals. There was one full bar and across was one little double buffet bar. Overall happy with the location and the fact that it's a nice little nook to relax before a flight however the food is nothing to really write home about. Wishing they had some fresh fruit out like usual but not big deal. They had coffees, teas, light bites and soups. Tons of single seating with options to make it more convenient for groups. read more

This is a very small lounge but staff is friendly and on the ball. As soon as someone stands up to leave, they're wiping the table clean for the next guest. Staff often make rounds, cleaning up finished plates and drinks etc. One staff member was kind enough to pick up my finished plate and leave my fork which I purposely laid on my napkin. She must've known that I went for a second helping :) This lounge has a small number of bathrooms. Sometimes you'll find yourself waiting in line. But at least it is not single stall, unisex, like some lounges. The food is good and replenished often. They have a new flavored water station which is electronic, that had at least four flavors. This is near the bar. Today I had the same food I had three days ago. Pesto pasta, chicken, chicken salad sandwich, pimiento cheese, hummus w crackers, Swiss cheese, sausage, corn salad, pasta salad and tomato jam. I think they change the offerings on a monthly basis? I don't usually get the sweets but I was eying that coffee cake last Friday. I grabbed a small slice today and boy it was good!!! As I left, one of the employees was so kind to say happy new year and compliment me on my hair and told me never to cut it short. Lol. Such a sweet woman. I thanked her. See you next time! read more

Stopped here when we had a three hour layover. Front desk team were very friendly. We were directed to some seats near the front of the club because we were told they were near full capacity. They were right. TONS of people. Little noisy. Eventually it quieted down. Nice selection of food. The Thai soup was good. They also had some type of chicken, Mac n cheese, veggies and dips, salads, fruits and cookies. The lemonade was really good. Overall, good stop. read more

Concourse C Delta Sky Club is a smaller Sky Club in the ATL airport. Food here is solid especially lunch nice variety of hot and cold foods the chicken salad sub was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very laid back atmosphere and casual. Only downside is the size compared to Concourse A or B, still they deserve 4 Stars for cleanliness and food quality. read more

One of the smaller Sky Clubs, but if you're flying out of concourse C there isn't really any other choice. You'll get the same food options as the other lounges, but seating with a good view is much more limited and are usually taken. Unless you're lucky you might have to settle for a seat in a hallway or in the food area with no windows. I found the bartender here to be a little off, he was often hiding in the back and only came out when people approached the bar, which created long lines at times. Overall if I had the choice to visit a different Sky Club, I would. read more

This is not a grandiose as the Sky Club near B18, but it accomplishes just the same! I had about 20 min before boarding, and the Sky Club was about to close soon. I was able to grab a sandwich, some fruits, snacks and make myself a nice cappuccino. Exactly what the other Sky Club had to offer earlier this week. It was not crowded, but there was still ample seating. I'm just glad it's open every day until 10:30pm. read more

Update after being here several times since. 09/19/2019. Definitely the worst managed club in the entire Delta system. You could start a fruit fly farm here. Very poorly managed. Delta should be ashamed to have this club in their system. Barmaid is extremely sassy. Their food is good like in their other clubs when there is any. Medium sized Sky Club (for ATL). Decent seating options. Good distance between food and bar areas so it's not too crowded. Restroom is small (3 stalls) and the door opens inward with no motion sensor so you do need to remember to save your paper towel. One level up from the concourse, so you'll need to take the stairs or the elevator. Staff is super nice and quick! I had to get a new spoon three times because they clear my place every time I hop up to get a beverage refill. Lol. read more

This Delta Skyclub is located near C37 at ATL. The stairwell is narrow and the club upstairs is smaller than other Skyclubs located in the other terminals. However, I have noticed very efficient and friendlier staff at this location, making sure you are well cared for and the facility stays clean at all times. Food selection is standard with only 1 hot beverage machine. Most seats have power plug access and the outside view is of the D terminal. The bathrooms are smaller, only 2 stalls for men and 1 urinal. That would probably be the only downside to this Skyclub location. read more

One of the smaller sky club at ATL airport but not bad! There was plenty of seating on a Saturday morning when I arrived but I picked the long table so I could use the tabletop outlets and get some work done. There was the regular bar offerings so I decided to try the complimentary red blend wine and I really enjoyed it. For food, I got there during breakfast which mostly consisted of bagels, fruit, ect so I decided to wait until 11 when they made the lunch switch. I like to get a little bit of everything so filled up my plate and bowl with salad, antipasta, hummus, naan bread dippers, cheese, veggies curry, tomato roasted pepper soup, and a chocolate chip cookie. The tomato soup is one of the best I have ever had and I look forward to it at the sky club. The veggie curry is also very delicious and the antipasta is super fresh and flavorful. For dessert it would be a crime if you didn't grab a cookie (or two) since they are always the perfect balance between chewy and crispy. Overall this sky club isn't nearly as big or as fancy as the one in terminal F but it beats the terminal D lounge was out of the park. If you have the time between domestic flights I would make my way over to concourse C and visit this lounge. read more

I was in this lounge on a Friday afternoon. Yes, a busy time for travelers. But these clubs should know that and prepare properly. We were in the club for nearly and hour and a half, and the food never once was replenished! Had I paid the fee to enter (I was the guest of someone), I would have been super pissed! Not only was there little food, but the food bar was unkept, dirty, and generally unappealing to be around. A simple swipe with a dishcloth would have made a ton of difference. It took us a few minutes to find seating; part of that problem was due to the fact that no one was picking up glasses after people left, and so it was hard to tell who was gone, and who was at the bar getting another drink! Truly a disaster of an experience! Let this be a warning if you are traveling through Hartsfield-Jackson on a Friday! read more

This is definitely not the nicest Delta lounge I've been to. The decor is pretty dated and the bathrooms are very small. There's a good amount of seating, although it's all very close to each other so it can get loud in there. The food was pretty good and there was a good selection of items to choose from. read more

This is a mid-sized club, and you might think all skyclubs are the same but they really have little differences that can help make your day better... or not. My phone ran out of charge on my flight and usually i can find a charger at the front desk, but not here, and they weren't really interested in helping me solve my problem. The bartender was super friendly. There were plenty of seats and the place is clean. They are piping in christmas music... not sure if i like that. The food bar is the smallest i've seen. The only hot options are overcooked mac n cheese or soup. There are outlets around the outside and at the loungy- type seats. read more

Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so during our more than 5 hour layover in Atlanta, we took the opportunity to explore 3 Atlanta Delta Sky Clubs. C is smaller than B, larger than the one by D11, and the people are just as friendly and efficient as B and D. Food is basically the same. Lunch is served now with soup, hummus, crackers, salads, cheeses, and desserts (cookies and marshmallow treats). No art on the wall. It is contemporary- sparse and modern, with clean lines and clean environment. This location has more tables and chairs, and yet, overstuffed, comfy chairs with plugs nearby are also plentiful. A small, dimly lit room is off to the side, for quiet activities. This is the first time in 10 years that a Delta flight has delayed our plans. Supposedly it's the weather in Chicago at O'Hare. Visiting the clubs has made the time fly by. We might not be able to count on ontime lights, but one thing we CAN count on is quality personnel, good food & lots of choices. And when all else fails, Delta Sky Clubs have a good selection of quality alcoholic beverages. read more

I have memberships to all the airport sky clubs and Delta sky clubs are usually all top notch, and this one is a nice place to hang out for a short bit. They are clean, large, plenty of large comfy seating in chairs and couches. Plenty of tables, and private seating for those not wanting to socialize. Lots of USB charging stations and 110 volt plug ins available. Very nice choice of food from cold snacks to warm eats, also fancy foods for those upscale folks like hummus and flavored crackers or pita bread, black and green olives in oil, fresh fruits, fruit and soft drinks, and it's all free for executive members or first class flyers. They also have a full bar so any alcohol you want is also waiting on you with a friendly bartender at the ready. They also have large private bathrooms, that are well kept. On hot days the AC is colder in the sky clubs than in the rest of the airport. Free and fast wi-fi available with a good signal strength. The sky clubs are way better than sitting and waiting in plain old uncomfortable airport seats with the large crowds. read more

We missed our flight due to Delta being the worst airline ever and had a couple hours to spare until our next flight. With no American Express lounges available in Atlanta, the next best thing is the Delta Sky Club. If you are a platinum card member and flying with delta, you can use these lounges for free. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helped us to know that we definitely had a seat on our next flight so we didn't have to worry about going to the gate early. My friend forgot her platinum card so it was $30 dollars to get her in with me. I don't know if that is the price to get in regularly or if it's just the price for a platinum guest. The lounge was large, nice and empty, and very comfortable seating. There are dining tables and chairs, lounge seating and the bar. On the left side is a buffet section, and they were offering a really nice selection of food! We really wanted a mimosa so I went to the bar to order us them, lo and behold I get told that champagne is the only alcohol that is not complimentary and it would be $14 for a mimosa. I then got told that they were actually changing policy to make champagne complimentary the next day. I thought this was absolutely ridiculous that first of all it wasn't already complimentary, and second of all don't tell me I have to pay today but tomorrow I wouldn't have to. Infuriating. Seeing as there was only a couple of other people in there, I think they could have let it slide, but we ended up paying because we didn't want hard liquor. I would definitely come back here next time I'm in Atlanta, and thank god the mimosas will now be complimentary! Maybe then i would change my review to a 5 star. read more

Really more of a 3.5 experience. I find that I have been spending way too much time in Concourse C and this particular Sky Club. Pro's: + It's better than hanging out in the terminal + The sweet tea....be forewarned, it's southern style and SWEEEET + Plenty of USB and electrical outlets to keep your electronics juiced up. + Large open space + If you get the right seat, you can watch planes taxi and see flights as you pass the time by + Decent Wifi to get work done + They have the typical offering of free drinks as well as the pay for top shelf offerings + The food is on a buffet style type line that is separated from the main room so the flow of traffic of getting food and moving around the club isn't as congested. Con's - The small nature of this club makes it extremely susceptible to overcrowding and difficulty finding a seat during peak business times and when shit (i.e. weather, power outages, etc.) hits the fan. - The open concept - it gets loud, especially with "yellulars" on those oh so important calls - The food offerings are basic. If you have time, the B, F, and A offer better food options, plus on nicer days, the outside F seating area is pretty relaxing. - The bar can get slammed and over crowded, especially when all you want is to use the coffee machine due to the setup. read more
