Surprised to be writing this poor review as I have had positive experiences with Young's in the…read morepast BUT as a direct result of their actions I was out hundreds of dollars and went without water for 6 days. We hired Young's to install a new well pump at our home. Their technician failed to install the venturi (which I have come to learn is a mission critical part) during his first visit. As a result, the pump was unable to produce enough pressure to draw water, and to continue to maintain sufficient pressure to operate the system. Several visits later by Young's over a multitude of days - we had to deal with no water in our home. Friday afternoon their technician informed us that Young's did not provide service on the weekend - so we were on our own. I called another plumber (Dr. Plumber) who diagnosed the situation and discovered and remedied the missing venturi. Within hours of Dr. Plumber's arrival we had water. Young's did agree to refund their fees, but refused to acknowledge that their incompetence caused me to incur an addition $400+ in expenses, not to mention we were needlessly made to suffer without water for days on end. Please consider this a cautionary tale for anyone thinking about using Young's to service their water system.
