Offered a great sense of humor, a thorough and quick exam. Made sure to let us know we were cutting it close to pharmacy closing hours and made sure we had a paper copy of the prescription just in case it lagged in the pharmacy system to ensure we got what we needed that same night. We have been here a number of times now, and it is always the best experience. I called prior to our visit to ask about out copay and was audibly concerned and stressed, and the receptionist reminded me to take a deep breath, and let us know they'd get us taken care of before we even stepped foot in the door. If you're a local, this is the place to go for non emergency medical needs, 10/10.

The staff is in the middle of trying a new check in process but it's new and I think it still needs work. I've only seen fetal medicine and endocrinologist at this Perrysburg location. I've worked in the medical field 20 years but I do think they need to do more work with streamlining their overall process. Communication with each other and the patient needs a lot of work. When you are going to multiple doctors and offices communication with each other is important especially since being a 1st time mom can be an overwhelming experience. I've had staff and doctors call me and have no idea what's going on with my care cause someone forgot to update their notes. Thank goodness I'm a great advocate for my care and very outspoken. Not awful care or anything but definitely needs work. Lab department was fast and easy to navigate. But I do think they need to lower their voices when talking about patient care, the ladies who check us in. Be a little more sensitive to the patient sitting right in front of you. Parking is easy, nice area if you wanted to grab some lunch or shop.

She has been my families primary care provider since I was a little girl, and before that, her father was. She now sees my husband and my three little ones, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Dr. Marshall is incredibly knowledgeable, and does everything she can to provide answers to medical issues or questions in a very timely manner. The staff at this location has always been wonderful, and treat our family like friends rather than patients. I am always in awe of this physicians office and all of its staff. They operate like a well oiled machine! Never late for appointment times, responsive on every contact method. We love Dr. Marshall, and all of the nurses and staff at this office. When I had my twins, I was drowning in post partum and did not realize that I was. At the first appointment when released from the NICU, Dr. Marshall checked over my boys, and immediately turned her attention to me... even though it wasn't my appointment. She sat with me and spoke to me like a human being, and talked me through a few things. I am forever grateful for that. She takes the time to know her patients, and knows when something is off. "sprawling" single story facility off 424 on the east side of town; casual entrances south and east…read moreplus emergency around to the west. hospital staff are pleasant and professional, did a quick time and temp thing for plague before I could enter and use the facility so that's a plus... then did a courtesy room check to make sure I wasn't going to disturb anyone with a phone call. got the all clear and was informed dinner would be served shortly so I went around to the window to chat with my uncle and see how he was doing. room seems comfortable and well appointed with plenty of room for visitors if they were allowed but they ain't. a nurse (aid?) helped him get around to the window seat and left us to visit for a while. my uncle was recovering from his hip thing pretty well, he was in good spirits but a little tired so I got on my way after chatting for a short hour - was kinda like a zoom meeting but with a bigger screen and the video is less choppy. gotta do what you gotta do. It's plague season everywhere so currently each patient is allowed ONE specified in-room visitor as a reasonable compromise between the extremes of hysterical over-reaction and the potential for infectious under-reaction.

When I finally got to see NP I explained that Ive suffered with asthma my whole life. Trying to explain what my family doctor does for me I was prescribed an inadequate amount of meds for five days. It's like they're afraid to really help you because they don't know you. In all fairness, they did what they could to help me. If you have a cut finger this is a great place to go.
