Outstanding service! I had a small job that needed to be done and they were able to come to our house the same day. The guy that came to help is named Tech. Delta is lucky to have an employee like him. He fixed our problem lock in no time and even helped us improve our front door. He is very friendly and professional. The lady I called and made the appointment with was great too. If all service companies were like Delta, life would be smooth sailing. read more

Very nice guy, quick service and rather enjoyed unlocking our old truck with a load of goats in the back. (;

They did a great job! Darnell (I think was his name?) was quick and efficient and even did two other small "fixes" on other doors in our home that needed re adjusting and didn't even charge us for those! Would definitely use again. read more

The best service around! Very quick response, very reasonable fee to unlock my car. He said it would be ten minutes and he was there in less than ten. Also, he quoted me a rate and it was exactly that, no hidden fee! read more

Absolutely awesome service. My daughter lost her keys at college and they were never turned in. Phillip was able to get 2 keys made for her with the chip and work with the security system to get it all running well. He even made her a mechanical door key in case she ever locked her keys in. Price was exactly as quoted and friendly prompt service. I hope we won't need them again, but would call them anytime and recommend this company to anyone. read more

The man was very disrespectful to me and used foul language. All I could pay him was via Pay-Pal (my visa is shut off and my bank is closed). When he said he didn't accept pay-pal I shoved my hand out and said good day and sorry for waste of your time. He didn't shake my hand he and began to berate me for wasting his time and gas money. I immediately offered him $10 (literally all the money in my wallet) for the gas and he greedily gobbled it. He then began cursing at me, took a picture of my license plate and threatened to call the cops, all while cursing at me. So if you're paying visa or cash I think he's cool, but don't try it with pay pal. read more

I absolutely hate giving a bad review. I was actually very impressed with Delta up until the very end. I lost my keys at work. I work at a local tattoo shop and I wasn't sure if a customer accidentally picked them up or I dropped them in the parking lot. Either way, we weren't in a good part of town to leave my vehicle over night until we could get our spare from the dealership. We called several companies and they were the cheapest by a long shot. They arrived at my location in less than 20 min and it was almost 9pm at night. Apparently my key was tricky because it took almost 2 hours before he the guy was able to cut a key. The technician was pleasant and friendly and kept us well informed with the entire process. He asked us if we wanted the computer reprogrammed to recognize only the new key being cut just in case somebody had my keys and came back for my car. It was an extra $50 and I got a 2nd key with it. I figured $50 was worth the peace of mind. All was well and we paid $187 and tipped the guy and went our separate ways. 2 days later...my keys are found. Much to our surprise the old key still started our engine. I called and spoke with Raphael and explained the situation. This was on a Saturday. He told me to call him back on Monday and he will come out and verify that my old keys still work and if so I would be refunded my extra 50 that I paid. We agreed. Monday comes (yesterday ) and I get a run around all afternoon. First he tells me that the old key must have reprogrammed itself with the new codes when we stuck it in the ignition. Well, if that is possible then what would be the point in even reprogramming new codes?? The reprogramming was to prevent theft if someone with my old keys tried to steal my car. Then he told me that I had the old keys reprogrammed and I was just trying to scam him out of a refund. Having the old keys reprogrammed would have cost far more than the simple 50 refund I was requesting and if I had my own machine or knew someone who did...then I wouldn't have been using his services to begin with. How does that even make sense?? Lastly, he tells me that the technician told him that we requested that our programming not be changed at all and that we just wanted to purchase a duplicate key. Why would I do that? My car lot already had a duplicate. I just needed to be able to start my car and move it from that location that night. Raphael said he believed his tech over me and ended the call. I feel as if I weren't giving the services I paid for. I didn't want all of my money back, just the extra I paid and I even offered to give him back the key he had cut. Because now we have 4 keys to my car. I don't feel as if Raphael handled this situation professionally and I'm not even sure if I believe that his tech said that we requested for him to not reprogram the codes. Raphael changed his story 3 times. I would pay more money to insure that I never had to messed over again. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have a 2009 Nissan 370Z. I have had 2 keys made for this exact car before having this key(the 3rd one) made. My house burned in October and the keys to all my vehicles were inside. I had another company come out and make the key and key fob at that time. I didn't have any trouble getting the key made, they just took a while to come do it..(the reason I chose to use another company to begin with) The owner of this company came out to the house, made the key, it was $225, $85 was the house call fee. Anyway, we didn't have the title, so we paid the $85, said we'd get a title bring it to the office, and pay the remainder, and get our key. I spoke to the owner after getting a new title to make arrangements to meet him to get my key. He told me he'd be at his office in 10 minutes. I waited closer to 45 minutes for him to get there, only to be told I still couldn't have MY car keys. The person I had bought the car from had to get a duplicate title made, signed the back as the seller, I was the buyer, but that was still not sufficient enough for him even though it's completely legal. Also, I had the actual key for the car, and only needed the fob. So, it's completely obvious that I am the owner of this vehicle and he is a complete idiot. Now mind you the other two times I had to have a key made, the technician came out, made the key, I paid for it, and he left. Simple and easy. Long story not so short lol I wouldn't recommend this company for anything at all. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Use ANY other company!!!!! read more
