Not only did he gladly take my check, he didn't bother to check for any type of leak. It doesn't take a scientist to figure out it's leaking but he wasn't having any of having it. He didn't stick around to even check anything. He said, " I tightened it". I called him the next day and he didn't return my call after I left a message. When I did call and he answered he said, "Call me tomorrow." This guy is NOT someone who is interested in fixing anything that requires a little work as far as I experienced and doesn't care if his work is bad because he's " to busy" to Fix what he did wrong. Would d of advice.., Call a real A/C company (Lynch A/C is awesome and Professional) with an office and staff with people who care. When I questioned the price increase, I was told it was because he "had to make a living." Later, the explanation shifted to claiming I was being charged for a full bundle of shingles, even though I never received the bundle or any extra materials. In the end, I was charged $450 to install five shingles--most of which I provided myself. I found the communication unclear, the pricing excessive, and the justification for the added charges inconsistent. I hope this review encourages more transparency and fairness in the future.
