I had called the shop and told them what kind of car I had and that I needed a key fob for it. The…read moreyoung man on the phone was polite and said that they could help and to come on in.I said I would be in the next morning. When I got to the shop, the person in charge asked if I had an appointment. I said that I had called and was told to come in. Then when he saw the key I had he got rude and said they could not help me. If I wanted to make an appointment I could come back and they would try a new technique they had never done. It would cost me $600 and they didn't guarantee that it would work. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The boss needs to learn how to politely deal with people whether he can help them or not. He also needs learn to treat his employees with some respect.

Phone service was polite, but was told they could not cut the key. "We aren't cutting those style keys at the moment or the foreseeable future for a variety of different reasons." They did recommend another key place, but that didn't help. F.M. George is one of the largest key shops around Knoxville, I was very disappointed they could not help me.
