Very likely, an intentionally slow high speed rinse. Having frequented these types of car washes for 40 years in 6 states, I can tell you that this is the most rigged car wash I have ever seen. The high speed rinse was throttled down so low, that I could sweep the same quarter panel on the back of my Subaru Outback 3 times and take 45 seconds on the clock (3 quarters worth) and still have soap scum on the surface of the car clung on. I tried a distance where spray turns to mist and still no luck. It took $6.75 worth of quarters to wash a less than medium dirty car and I still had soap dripping down the roof from the roof rack that despite 4 goings over with the weak high speed rinse, it still dribbled soap all the way home. Add to that, its the first car wash I have seen from 2018 to 2020 that operates on only quarters. Why not debit cards like the others? Or at least Debit card to get the quarters with? I managed 2 car washes in the 80's and early 90's and I can tell you, its every manager's dream to eliminate cash from a Car Wash for a ton of reasons... Not the least of which employee theft. Find another car wash. This one is a skipper. read more

Every time I go there it's something else there credit card readers suck and charged me 15$ twice and I only used 4$ put my account balance out of balance then I have to wait 24 hrs to dispute they are always out of soap at the self serve but they respond with uhhh I don't know this place is garbage never ever go there F THIS CARWASH! read more

1 of 4 bays work, and it only takes their tokens, and not quarters. All of the garbages were full, and none of the vacuums worked. Both the page, and number are invalid to try contact them, and no one appears to staff this location. read more

Paid for brushless car wash... Green light came on to pull into waah bay... Red light came on inside instructing me where to stop... Then, nothing happened. Sat there for 5 minutes. Called phone number associated with business and it's a cell phone that is disconnected. If owner/manager could contact me, that'd be great. I've never hadcan issue here before today. read more

Don't waste your money. First no tokens or coins available. So I opted for the automatic touch less. Should be called worthless. I cannot clean horizontal surfaces. My hood had bird poop on it. After a $13 wash, no change in the poop. And the spotless feature, didn't work. I'd give it a zero if that were an option. read more

This place has touch-free automatic and do-it-yourself car wash bays. There are also a couple of vacuum stations. As a plus, automatic car wash customers have access to buckets and brushes for pre-washing their tires. We used the automatic $12 wash and it got the car mostly clean but left some filmy residue on the sides of the car. However we haven't had the car washed in a while so it may be just that. Have used this car wash dozens of times in past years. No issues, ever.. New owner ship recently, now fancy lights, loud announcements, higher prices, often not a clean rinse, mirror struck on my vehicle and also the guy behind me, in the past and today July 17th, soooo much garbage, everywhere. Wanted to vacuum out car, but would have to stand in garbage to use hose, and hoses were all dirty. Come on, get it right. Wish there were more options in NE Lacey. read more

We were kind of hesitant to use this place because of the older reviews but it looks like those issues were resolved because the trash cans were not an issue and neither was anything else. It is a convenient location - easy to get in and out of. The cost wasn't any different than any other car wash around. read more

I have used this a car wash for about a year. It has always been serviceable but today nothing seemed to work. Bay 2 was completely out of soap/detergent. The sprayer had no pressure on the pre wash and the brush did not work either. I went to speak to the attendant (around 12:00 PM) but no one was present. Finally, I went to vacuum my car and yep, you guessed it. The hose detached from the machine. Bummer. read more

Trashy and dirty looking most of the time. Quarters sometines come out of coin machine as nickels. Vacuums are weak and cost a lot. Cash only unless you're using the automatic. read more

No trash cans to throw away garbage. The self serve vacuums only accept dollar bills but eats them and the cost is 1.50 so you are expected to give more than it costs. Will not come back. read more

The staff was totally ineffective in keeping the people out who "bucket wash" at the self serve side and keeping the people who play loud music with explicit lyrics regulated. Do not use this car wash. Went through their touchless car wash and it left wax spots all over the car that I couldn't remove. Had to pay about $200.00 to get it detailed and remove the nasty film that the Carwash left on my brand new X3M. Not happy at all. read more

A horrible place! I do not recommend it!!! I paid $ 12 for a service that my 5 year old grandson would have done better. The car came out super dirty !! I informed the boy who attended, I asked him to speak with the handler, he called him by phone and he only said that he could give me a $2 discount so that I would pay $10 again, that is, the washing would be $ 22 I do not recommend this car wash !! Perhaps I'm used to another carwash that accepts credit cards for the self serve bays. Keep having to add quarters after 3 minutes is highly inconvenient. The location ain't a dump like Sprague Avenue carwash. So that's an improvement. But it's busy on a Sunday. I'll try brown bear next time. read more

Put $5 in to get quarters, some coins came out as nickels. Then I put the quarters I did get in to pressure wash my truck and the high pressure didn't work. So I just was able to barely rinse my truck. Usually never had a problem here but this was disappointing. read more

Brought my 2015 dodge ram in for a wash. I used the previous station before heading into the wash rack. I got the 12 supreme wash. The car wash had a funky odor and is now on the inside of my truck. It should pass after a few days. The wash did not got through all of the cycles or they are out of the triple foam polish and rainX. I then stopped to b use the vacuums and they couldn't even pick up the smallest debris. I then noticed that the only parts of my truck that were good to hear of are the spots were it did the previous station. I won't be back. This place is garbage. read more

If you go when they first open in the morning they might not have the pre wash buckets available. It has the space to park your car and provide it more cleaning detail. Their automatic car wash has no brushes so it won't strach your car. They have the best rate on their best wash at $14 dollars. read more

Took my wife's FJ Cruiser there to power wash some of the pollen that was caked on. First I sprayed it down with "Awesome" and then sprayed. Worked out okay, was not happy about the cost, $1.50 for 96 seconds. read more
