Carrie tells you to write an affidavit to the court requesting to be removed as the co-signer. Done. Carrie tells you that she will submit the affidavit to the court. You follow up with Carrie five time and get no response. Finally, Carrie takes your call. Carrie tells you that she submitted the affidavit. Something in Carrie's voice tells you, "She's not telling the truth." You call the court to confirm that the affidavit has been submitted only to learn that your suspensions were true, Carrie never submitted your affidavit. You call her back and she gives you her line of BS and tries to turn the tables on who said what and who is guilty of misleading who. It's not you, it's Carrie. She loves to take little digs at your personal life too. Making what some would consider homophobic comments and suggestions about things she knows nothing about. However, she believes she is one of those people who is never wrong. Do not trust this woman or her company. The affidavit should have been a Form 1719 completed and delivered by Carrie. Not you. If you feel you have been wronged by Carrie, report her to the Bail Bond Board. I'm still waiting, Carrie. The fake affidavit you had me create was submitted on May 9, 2024. Thanks, Crooked Carrie!
