I am so disappointed in the quality of service I received from this business. I wish I can give…read morenegative stars. Back in December of 2024, I dropped off 2 gold baby bracelets to be engraved as Christmas gifts. I was told they would be ready by Christmas Eve; however, Upon pickup, The bracelets were horribly scratched, the gold was bent, and the lettering was outstandingly crooked on both bracelets. She didn't even clean her fingerprints from the jewelry. One of the fonts were so tiny that you're not even able to read the name. She told us she could have the jeweler polish the engraving from the bracelets and re-do the job at no charge, and they'll be ready in one week. We are now in February 2025, and she hasn't yet started on the re-engraving. I have received ZERO phone calls as follow ups and she continues to promise "they will be ready next week." When expressing my concern that it's almost MARCH and that I didn't expect for this to take several months to be completed, she had an attitude and failed to express any concern, empathy, or accountability, or an apology at the least. We just picked up the bracelets yesterday with no engraving. The jeweler has polished the gold down to almost nothing, and the bracelets are basically no good.

So I did, and when I came back he showed me his own version of the design where it was just a blob of the design I originally wanted. I was thinking okay. Well it's not what I wanted so thank god he didn't press that on the vest. I explained to him how all the details were completely blobbed out and looked nothing like the original image and he tried arguing saying it was the same thing to him. You had me send you a picture of it to you and you did your own rendering to remove the background and ruined it (The photo I provided worked perfectly fine. I did a background removal on my part and it didn't look anything like what you did). It doesn't stop there. He proceeded to ARGUE and raise his voice at me and not give me back my vest unless I paid him for whatever design he created. Then after awhile of saying no to that because why would I pay for something that YOU fucked up?He tossed my vest at me and said to leave. Anyone else would have caused a scene and probably threatened you. Do better at your job and take constructive criticism, you piece of shit.

Now the shirt haven't even been washed and the picture is halfway off on most of them. Not worth what i paid .
