Back in December of 2024, I dropped off 2 gold baby bracelets to be engraved as Christmas gifts. I was told they would be ready by Christmas Eve; however, Upon pickup, The bracelets were horribly scratched, the gold was bent, and the lettering was outstandingly crooked on both bracelets. She didn't even clean her fingerprints from the jewelry. One of the fonts were so tiny that you're not even able to read the name. She told us she could have the jeweler polish the engraving from the bracelets and re-do the job at no charge, and they'll be ready in one week. We are now in February 2025, and she hasn't yet started on the re-engraving. I have received ZERO phone calls as follow ups and she continues to promise "they will be ready next week." When expressing my concern that it's almost MARCH and that I didn't expect for this to take several months to be completed, she had an attitude and failed to express any concern, empathy, or accountability, or an apology at the least. We just picked up the bracelets yesterday with no engraving. The jeweler has polished the gold down to almost nothing, and the bracelets are basically no good.

I sent a text asking for their hours, and a couple of minutes later, a young woman showed up and unlocked the front door. She walked into the store and began locking the door behind her, but before she completely lock it, I caught her attention and asked for the store hours. She proceeded to tell me that the store was closed, no one was there, and she was the only person in the store. She said she didn't know the hours because she was an "just there as an intern", she didn't work for them, she was "only doing community service", and she had "nothing to do with them". She was a bit dismissive and what makes matters worse is that, 6 hours later, I have still not received a reply to my text message! Thankfully, I happened to come across another business a couple of doors down that does custom laser engraving. Their name is Archer Creative Designs and they were very friendly, attentive, inexpensive, and thorough, and they'll get the work completed within 3 days! I highly recommend them, instead of Tracy Awards & Embroidery.

The big lady in the front is rude and and laughed in my face when I informed her what was messed up and you can physically see the embroidery they messed up on. She then proceeded to tell me she was here last year when I brought my item in but then does not have any measurements or any file history nor do they have the same font and plates but she can fix it.
