Super soft and comfortable, and the print was perfect! The DTG print was exactly what I wanted. JoLin was so detailed and helpful every step of the way. She sent proofs and even example photos of different print methods. She was so accommodating when I needed a size change at the last minute. It was a test piece for me as I was thinking about making and ordering matching band shirts for my family. For this order, I couldn't find a specific Frog and Toad design that I had in mind so I used Claude ai to help with the picture I wanted, and then sent it to JoLin for a mockup design on the shirt I chose. She even offered to meet me halfway to pick up since the shop is not local to me. I think she went above and beyond for my order and I appreciate it. I highly recommend this shop; friendly and personable customer support with high quality products. It is hard to put into words, but this business possesses a je ne sais quoi of kindred warmth that is incredibly rare these days.

Big Frog said they could and I drove an hour there, had great customer service from Asia! This review reflects the OWNER. I had prepaid $111, ate at a place Asia recommended nearby to wait the hour and a half, I was tracking 1:30pm. When I returned a male employee was nice and kindly checked on my order. Then the owner approached me repeatedly saying Asia went to lunch but she said the shirts should be ready by 2pm and told me he could refund me because he wanted me to be happy. I told him, "It's ok I'll wait I don't see chairs so I'll just wait here." He kept repeating Asia said 2pm. He then said he had to go warm up the machine and print the shirts to which I smiled and said, "Oh you have to print it? It's almost 2pm don't you want to get started?" His demeanor changed and I asked him why he looked mad I was joking." He yelled at me he's going to refund me my money, accused me repeatedly of disrespecting him, yelling at me, "I'M NOT YOUR SLAVE!", "YOU'RE TRYING TO TELL GO DO MY JOB." I NEVER SAID THIS! I was blown away at how he shifted the blame on to his employee and then on to me! When I told him to go ahead and refund my money, he claimed I spent 15 minutes with his designer. I did not I created my kids design! He refused to delete my kids design on the computer, turned his back on me and ignored my inquiries. I gave him the same energy he gave me! I come from a culture built on respect, and served my country with respect!! He charged towards me aggressively twice and got in my personal space. I was fully prepared to defend myself and refused to leave without proof of refund, when he yelled at me to GET OUT! As a female Army War Veteran this was unacceptable! 1) He could have been HONEST and tell me he didn't want me waiting in his store ‍ 2) He could have been HONEST and tell me he wasn't going to get my THREE shirts done on time. Instead shifted blame on to his employee and me. 3) He could have easily told me he can't fill my order and refund my money. 4) His employee being in there with us and continuing to sort shirts not saying anything to him or even looking our way SPOKE VOLUMES!!!!! I WILL NEITHER TOLERATE NOR SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! HE WOILD NOT USE THIS SAME AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS A MAN!

Back in December of 2024, I dropped off 2 gold baby bracelets to be engraved as Christmas gifts. I was told they would be ready by Christmas Eve; however, Upon pickup, The bracelets were horribly scratched, the gold was bent, and the lettering was outstandingly crooked on both bracelets. She didn't even clean her fingerprints from the jewelry. One of the fonts were so tiny that you're not even able to read the name. She told us she could have the jeweler polish the engraving from the bracelets and re-do the job at no charge, and they'll be ready in one week. We are now in February 2025, and she hasn't yet started on the re-engraving. I have received ZERO phone calls as follow ups and she continues to promise "they will be ready next week." When expressing my concern that it's almost MARCH and that I didn't expect for this to take several months to be completed, she had an attitude and failed to express any concern, empathy, or accountability, or an apology at the least. We just picked up the bracelets yesterday with no engraving. The jeweler has polished the gold down to almost nothing, and the bracelets are basically no good.

So I did, and when I came back he showed me his own version of the design where it was just a blob of the design I originally wanted. I was thinking okay. Well it's not what I wanted so thank god he didn't press that on the vest. I explained to him how all the details were completely blobbed out and looked nothing like the original image and he tried arguing saying it was the same thing to him. You had me send you a picture of it to you and you did your own rendering to remove the background and ruined it (The photo I provided worked perfectly fine. I did a background removal on my part and it didn't look anything like what you did). It doesn't stop there. He proceeded to ARGUE and raise his voice at me and not give me back my vest unless I paid him for whatever design he created. Then after awhile of saying no to that because why would I pay for something that YOU fucked up?He tossed my vest at me and said to leave. Anyone else would have caused a scene and probably threatened you. Do better at your job and take constructive criticism, you piece of shit.

I called yesterday to get my post name embroidered onto my American Legion hat. I spoke with a very…read morenice man who said no problem to bring it by. He even gave me an estimated price to do it. I went in today and a woman touched the hat, said it had been worn and they didn't embroider on hats that had been worn. I told her it had only been worn twice. She acted like the hat was some road kill pushing it away from her. I grabbed it and put it back in the ziplock bag I had it in. I left telling her that if she was going to treat me like that, I didn't think I was going to come back to them for anything. I had just come from an incredible meeting at the Board of Supervisors chamber where veterans were being honored, not being treated like something you scrape off the bottom of your shoe. It was like night and day in the space of maybe 15 min.
