Upon getting on, you know the routine with tickets and on so. But once in the plane, your greeted with the stewardess all masked and gloves of course. As you get on, your handed little towelettes package of sanitizer. Each row has the middle seat unoccupied for social distancing. The flight wasn't full for occupancy. During the duration of the flight, masked are to be left on only allowed to be off while eating. They did offered a snack pack that was all individually in a ziplock bag. Included with cheese it's, bottle water, crackers and napkins. Overall experience was amazing. Felt safe with all the protocols of covid. Really like how the middle seats were left unoccupied for social distancing. The whole flight crew was amazing. read more

I rarely fly with Delta, however they were the only airline with affordable flights to Los Cabos. What really impressed me was their platinum customer service. When we were about to leave, my wife wasn't able to fly back due to issues with her passports. Arturo and Omar understood our situation and gladly reassigned our flights to a different day until we sorted out the problem with immigration. Additionally, Omar Peralta have us his direct number in case we had any change of plans. He also worked his magic by personally calling us the next day to put all of our family members into the same flight with adjacent seats. Initially we were all assigned different flights due to the flights being overbooked, but he made sure to keep us together. We even saw Omar later on at our gate and let us through with first class because of our kids. Omar went above and beyond and he didn't have to do that. We are super impressed with him and his staff over at Los Cabos International Airport. The management needs to take notice of their staff and commend them for their hard work and efforts to keep their customers safe and happy. read more

I wish I could put 0. I'll never fly Delta airlines again. I booked a flight with Delta to go to Mexico. Turns out Aeromexico flew us there and back home. We arrived at the airport at 11:30 am for our flight at 2:46. Our flight was delayed until 10:10 pm because of windshield wipers. Turns out it was a connecting flight to Mexico City. The next flight to LAX is 7 am the next day. We had to collect our luggage and wait till 4 am to check in. We were offered a hotel but that's too much with heavy luggage and a quick turn around to make it to flight. Checking in and TSA so we opted to stay at the airport another 8 hours. No where to sleep, up all night with constant loudspeaker blasting every few minutes. No one cares about the customer. Good bye Delta. Think twice if you're going to use them read more
