Once again, a very good airline is receiving a bad rating due to poor customer service. I am here at the Christiansted airport on St. Croix and I was attending to the self check out at Delta Airlines and I was surrounded by four of the Delta local employees who just stood there. They were all having loud personal conversations while I stood there struggling to scan my boarding pass and no one offered any assistance. One of them actually stood behind me, watching me struggling for at least 5 minutes.. none asked if I needed help nor offered assistance. Two of the four employees stood to my right facing the road, never turned back to look and see what I was doing and if I needed assistance. They just continued with their conversation. I know it's self check out but there are employees to provide assistance as with all self checking services, but not was received. Delta please educate you local employees in st Croix on proper costumer service. I should not have to ask for help when it was obviously needed. And if being surrounded by for employees present and not one asked or checked on me is very sad. read more
