No lines, easy check-in, nice flight, great scenery....we had nothing but pleasant dealings with this company! Used Seaborne to get from St Croix back over to St Thomas, and it was pretty much a breeze. Got to the terminal, there really wasn't many people there at all, got checked in in no time, and there was a nice area right on the water to sit and wait for your plane. Yes it was delayed a bit but we didn't mind, and pretty soon the plane landed and we boarded and were headed for STT! It was a nice, uneventful flight and we got back to our island quickly, got our bags, and were done! Since there are limited options right now to get over to STX from STT (I think the new ferry is supposed to start running soon!), Seaborne is a great choice. It was quick, easy, and fun too as you take off and land on the water which is pretty cool. We had a great experience with them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Passengers must go through a Customs check, then an agricultural check and finally the line where you place your suitcases and personal items through the scanner and may be body scanned as well. It's then you enter into the large waiting area with plenty of seating and air conditioning. Off to one side is a small Duty Free shop and a "Cafe & Bar" where you can purchase EXPENSIVE food. My hot dog was a whopping $11! The food board said it came "with all the trimmings." An employee directed me to a self-serve stand where the "trimmings" included packets of mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise! My small fountain drink in an 8-oz insulated cup cost $5.25. Airport food traditionally is expensive but wow! Thankfully all employees were friendly and efficient.

I went to St Thomas(STT) last year and compared to that, STX is so much better. Another difference I noticed: STT didn't have e filters for water and STX does. A big plus for me who always carry and reusable water bottle. There is a small snack bar. The a/c is good and there is plenty of seating.

I am here…read moreat the Christiansted airport on St. Croix and I was attending to the self check out at Delta Airlines and I was surrounded by four of the Delta local employees who just stood there. They were all having loud personal conversations while I stood there struggling to scan my boarding pass and no one offered any assistance. One of them actually stood behind me, watching me struggling for at least 5 minutes.. none asked if I needed help nor offered assistance. Two of the four employees stood to my right facing the road, never turned back to look and see what I was doing and if I needed assistance. They just continued with their conversation. I know it's self check out but there are employees to provide assistance as with all self checking services, but not was received. Delta please educate you local employees in st Croix on proper costumer service. I should not have to ask for help when it was obviously needed. And if being surrounded by for employees present and not one asked or checked on me is very sad.

Warren went beyond the call of service every day for our group, Senior Golfers of America. There were 18 people with us, and Warren answered every one of our calls. He took us back and forth all over the island and was cheerful, professional, and super-helpful. Two different people left their sunglasses at two different places, and he went all the way back for them. Really, it was pretty amazing. Also, Warren's adorable son Javyn (don't call him Jamie!) drove us to and from the airport. It was a treat to be with a young person just starting out in the business. Senior Golfers of America, and I personally, highly recommend this business.
