On contrast to what other comments are on here ive lived here for 11 years years, the people who gave negative comments have been troubled tenants since they lived there . As far as the new Manger and work crews everthing seems to run smooth, gated and fenced community works well to keep unwanted people and homeless out. I have lived here for 7 years- I would NOT recommend it to anyone. They put fences up,in 2018, and lock the gates between 5pm and 8 am - no way for anyone without a vehicle to exit- No way to resell out homes and move out - once they target you, the harassment does NOT stop unless you take legal action. Lived in Delray Mobile Home Park for 7 years. They sold me a mobile home that they did not legally have the title to. That was in 2011. They finally got the title in 2013 after paying property taxes. I never did get the title from them. Last day was May 1. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more
