STOP DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They OMIT/ lie and deceive and manipulate and TAKE YOUR MONEY…read more I was contacted by one of their reps who saw my corporate liens and told me they would assist me in renegotiating these loans. After many conversations they sent me a doc u sign contract twice saying they made an error. They start off with a BAIT AND SWITCH sayng the payments are 1244 a week. 3 months into this I told them I wanted to settle my loans. They told me I didnt have enough funds in my " escrow account " ( they tell you the fees you pay a portion will go toward your setltement which sounds like a good idea? ) well after 3- 4 months I asked how much is in my settlement account they said 300 dollars!! NONE of this was ever explained to me. When I asked questions they would be VERY aggressive / short and impatient and tell me to READ THE CONTRACT only they never sent me a copy of the contract until I asked for it 4 months after beginning with them. The MANGAER her name is JULIA PAIZ insulted me told me I was bad a math and I lie!! The supposed " negotiator " his name is BEN DINOV was extremely aggressive shouting at me when I asked him questions he would manipulate the conversation screaming at me this is YOUR DEBT etc. IN fact BEN told me before he would be able to begin negotiations I had to deposit 80,000 into their " secure account " since I was eager to settle I sent 50,000 5 weeks ago and found out yesterday they TOOK another 17,000 of my money to pay themselves without my knowledge or consent) Yesterday when I spoke to him I was crying and i said so now as I hear this I will now OWE more than I originally borrowed !!! he said well that the price you pay for your dept BAD GUY really BAD GUY.

This company promised to reduce my monthly payments, but after I decided to back out, they refused…read moreto return $1,500. They are a scam business and wait for your accounts to default and then negotiate settlements that every consumer can negotiate independently without their help. They took advantage of me in a time of stress and stole my money after doing nothing for me. Don't put your trust in them!

This idiot Tim Kane's calls me and wanted to interview me for an office manager position. I asked…read morehim more about the position and he insisted I come in to discuss the position. I told him I am not looking for a sales or cold calling position, I have over 20 years management experience. I get there and this idiot wants me to sit through a primamerica presentation. I told him this is not what I was looking for and why couldn't he be honest on the phone. Thanks for wasting my morning idiot. This guy has to lie to people to get them in the office. I wouldn't buy anything from a man who lies to get business.

The same thing happened to me...almost. Tim Kellis called me and set me up for an interview but…read morewas very vague over the phone about the position and the company. He simply said it was a financial services company and it was a management position, but he wouldn't tell me the job title or the company name. I googled the address he had sent me for the interview and that's when I found out he works for Primerica and its their job to recruit new employees so they can advance in their own positons and make more money. The jobs are "commission only" sales jobs. So I texted him and said I wanted more information about the company and the position because I didn't want to waste his time or mine, and he was not willing to provide that information, he said "if you think its a waste of time to come in for an interview, you don't have to" but he still was not willing to give me any details about the position so I said I would absolutely NOT be coming in for an interview. Any potential employer who is not willing to provide you explicit details about the position prior to you going in for an interview is obviously sketchy!!

Paid monthly, did not see any results. Then I was told by their agent to make an agreement…read moremyself, I stopped paying them. As there were NO RESULTS. I paid for nothing. I've requested all my money back, waiting on response from them.

Do not contract this company. I have been with them for over a year. I paid them monthly on time…read more In the year with them, my creditors stated collections and I received judgements. This company does not help to resolve your debt. They cause you to get deeper into debt. If any settlements are made, you the customer settle with your creditors, not Financial Warranty. Do not contract with this company. To have only lawyers as consultations does not help get you out of debt. Financial Warranty makes your situation worse. Run from this company. They only take your money and will do nothing for you. They are not even BBB verified. This should tell you something. I do not think this firm knows what they are doing. I have contracted with an actual Debt Settlement firm and within 2 months of being with them, I currently have settlements thru them with 3 of my creditors. That's only in the past 2 months. I have been with Financial Warranty for 13 months and have only gotten collections notices and summons. Go figure which is the right choice. Listen to what we are saying as customers of Financial Warranty, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. COMPANY DOES NONE OF THE THINGS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT. Odessa H.
