The first company I feel that actually cares about my future, huge thumbs up and they always answer the phone!

If I could rate zero stars I would. First contact they make you feel like they are really going to help you. Yeah right! They only care about getting your money. Creditors still call. They take payments whenever they want to. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

Paid monthly, did not see any results. Then I was told by their agent to make an agreement myself, I stopped paying them. As there were NO RESULTS. I paid for nothing. I've requested all my money back, waiting on response from them. read more

Do not contract this company. I have been with them for over a year. I paid them monthly on time. In the year with them, my creditors stated collections and I received judgements. This company does not help to resolve your debt. They cause you to get deeper into debt. If any settlements are made, you the customer settle with your creditors, not Financial Warranty. Do not contract with this company. To have only lawyers as consultations does not help get you out of debt. Financial Warranty makes your situation worse. Run from this company. They only take your money and will do nothing for you. They are not even BBB verified. This should tell you something. I do not think this firm knows what they are doing. I have contracted with an actual Debt Settlement firm and within 2 months of being with them, I currently have settlements thru them with 3 of my creditors. That's only in the past 2 months. I have been with Financial Warranty for 13 months and have only gotten collections notices and summons. Go figure which is the right choice. Listen to what we are saying as customers of Financial Warranty, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. COMPANY DOES NONE OF THE THINGS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY ARE NOT LEGIT. Odessa H. read more

Their salespeople say one thing, then a few moments later you are asked to listen to legal to confirm that none of the stuff the salesperson told you has been said. I was so confused. They only deal with 3rd party collections. I was told they would help with payday loans. We were in debt due to my husband not working for 6 months so we took out a couple of payday loans to pay our mortgage. These people NEVER contacted the companies we gave them. In fact, they didn't do anything in the three months we paid them. I canceled their services and have requested a refund. However, customer support does not know how to get a refund or go about getting one. It is a huge scam. I am just thankful I didn't pay them more than I did. Don't use them. read more

They lied from the beginning. They said that they help pay bills. Told my lawyer that they are not a debt consolidation place. I do not appreciate anything that they done. THEY STOLE 300.00 DOLLARS FROM US AND WE ARE ON A FIXED INCOME. Janet and Charles Spencer read more

I contacted them but immediately had a bad feeling after signing up and called to cancel not even 30 minutes later. After this I had a quiet 3 weeks to a month in which I didn't hear anything from them, which was expected considering I had never even set up any portal access, activated anything, etc. It turns out my gut feeling was correct. I had a family emergency overseas and while I was there a 449-dollar charge was taken out of my account by them. When I saw the charge, I texted the number they would text me from and informed them I had to leave the country for an emergency and that I don't have great service and that I had cancelled a month earlier. I explained I spoke to someone on the phone, and they told me I needed to send documents, without telling what documents or if they just needed an email or what, to an email address. When I finally was able to get some consistent cell service, I called them and informed them again that I am overseas and the draft they did put in a very bad financial position, and I am in a foreign country. I also informed them once again that I had spoken to someone directly after my initial call. The gentleman I spoke told me a refund would be issued and instructed me to call my bank and get my bank and routing info so they can send it. He told me it would 48-72 hours. I followed instructions and provided the info and, of course, days went by and I saw nothing. It was so bad I had to seek help from a family member to get home. Then when I finally got out of that position, I called again multiple times, each time they insist the refund was issued and they see it in the system. It's interesting that every time I called there is a new timeframe for how long it will take to receive the refund that was supposedly already issued. They confirmed my bank account, said they will escalate it, etc. but all this seemed to be a lie. They never issued the refund. This incident occurred back in mid-june (See screenshots) and I they stated they would issue the refund back in June. IM STILL WAITING. They are not honest and if you ever even take the chance to listen to their sales talk let alone fall for it, you will regret it. DON'T CALL, DON'T TRUST them. I am waiting on a refund that was promised to me in MIDDLE OF JUNE on multiple phone calls that are supposedly recorded. I even offered to give the bank statement to prove it because they have lied so many times insisting the refund was issued yet nothing has shown on my banks end. That being said, SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND DON'T ENGAGE WITH THEM. read more

If I could go lower in stars I most definitely would. Due to income loss I got behind on credit card bills and just couldn't catch up so I started looking into debt relief, the company that I found is called Financial Warranty, I started with Financial Warranty on 08-16-2019. When I had originally signed up with them they ensured me that I would be taken care of and not to worry about anything at all. They stated that if any creditors called me not to talk to them and to tell them that I was working with a debt consolidation company and that if I received and paperwork from any of the creditors to send it to them and they would have their legal team look at it. In the 2 years and 1 month they did absolutely nothing, all of the accounts that I had all went to the court and then they told me that my only option as of right now is to claim bankruptcy which I WILL NOT DO!!!! I then figured it out myself and took care of them without having to consider bankruptcy. SO IF ANYONE GETS A PHONE CALL from a place that's called Financial Warranty just know that it's a huge scam, you will ultimately pay for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Don't fall for it. They are nothing but a huge scam!!!! Oh and not to mention every time that I asked them to send me proof of what they've done with the accounts they never sent me anything. I paid them almost $7,000.00 for them to do absolutely nothing. read more
