It was not clear on the website when making reservations that the menus posted were not for the igloos. Even items we asked about on the menus provided were not available (menu said available until 3 pm in igloo, it was 200 but still told no- yet we also couldn't get the steak or rockfish in the igloo. As well, previous igloo visit options provided fondue for 2 (not 5!) and could be altered for one meat and one seafood eater however this time we would've had to at $240 to get both. At minimum $120+$10-$12 extra to add one skewer. Although the ambiance is an "experience" it was not a satisfying culinary experience. As well, it was not clear we couldn't divide our checks up amongst each couple as most all restaurants can do. (Can only do 2 checks, we had 3 couples) It was more cumbersome on the waitress and us than just charging each couple one bill, we weren't sharing food or said put half this on each etc. it was clearly just 3 couples. As for what we did get... if crab dip hadn't had a shell in it I wouldn't have believed it had any crab in it, just cheese flavor. Steak skewer was well done (no choice given) yet veggies were aldente (to say the least). Wine was good but limited selection. I really don't understand why I can eat one think inside yet can't 20' away we would've had a much better experience if some accommodating had been offered on any of the above issues.

After we took the self guided tour about the history of wine and the vineyard, we ended up at the gift shop which also serves as the ticket office for tastings. The tastings are priced at just $10 p/p for your choice of 6 samples from Nassau Valley's product line of 14 wines. There are crackers to clear your palate, a piece of chocolate to accompany one (the True Blueberry?), and a souvenir glass to take home. We sampled a 2019 Pinot Grigio (Dry), 2019 Cape Rose (Dry), 2018 Meadow's Edge White (Semi-Dry), 2019 True Blueberry (Sweet Red), 2019 Delaware White (Sweet White), and a 2020 Redneck Rouge (Sweet & Spicy Red). I enjoyed every one of the six. We picked up a bottle of  the Meadow's Edge ($14) for my son and daughter-in-law, and a bottle of the Redneck Rouge ($15) for us. Cape May reminded us of a smaller version of Napa wineries. Natali had interesting wines. Kate at Natali was very helpful & knowledgeable. Kathy at Cape May Winery was excellent describing their wines, the wine making process and general questions about wine. But Willow Creek was unorganized, the server was not interactive with our group, very minimal explanation of the wines and was not very knowledgeable about general questions about wine. Very young vineyard and the wines tasted immature. Please offer other wineries as part of the tour package and eliminate Willow Creek.

The folks at Bin 66, at no charge to me, work with one of my instructors to pull wines for me to do blind tastings. Not only do they (primarily Derek) provide this service, it speaks to the bandwidth of the wines they either have on their shelves, and if not, it speaks to the outstanding customer service Derek provides by ordering wines for me that he either does not carry or currently have on the shelves. I recently moved from Houston, Texas where there was a plethora of outstanding wine stores and thought I'd never find anything comparable. Imagine my happiness when I found Bin 66. Amazing place with amazing people. If you are a lover of wine or just starting out, I highly recommend this shop. Jack

We scheduled our tour, I blocked the time…read moreoff with work to ensure we could attend, and then two days prior I received a voicemail saying they had to cancel because they didn't have enough participating restaurants. Weird and disappointing, but okay. I couldn't get more time off work so e-mailed back for a refund. No reply, no refund issued. I tried a few phone calls that didn't get picked up, left a couple voicemails that also went unacknowledged. After three weeks I don't expect to hear more. If you decide to book, I strongly recommend you put it on a credit card so you can dispute the charge if they disappear on you. I honestly can't tell if this is even a real business anymore or a straight-up scam.
