I had my sons extensive medical records sent to the practice weeks before his appointment yet it seemed this individual did not read them. She then accused me of negligence based on my sons weight and diet but if she had done her job and reviewed his records she would have seen that he was born 3 month premature leading to small stature and his diet was prescribed by an AMC dietitian. I highly recommend seeking other options for your child's medical care.

What's great about this place is they have early-morning walk-in hours, making it perfect for working stiffs like me who don't want to take off work for a doctor's appointment. They're also really good about fitting me in for an appointment quickly. They're also respectful and understanding. This place is affiliated with Albany Medical College, so they often have student observers. However, they're very good about not forcing that on you if you're not comfortable with it. For instance, when they asked me if a male student could observe my last gynecological exam, I wasn't having it. And that was fine.

I desperately needed to get into a PCD and most offices put you on a waitlist and I waited for a year for some places and still have not heard back. They were able to get me in next month. I saw a Nurse Practitioner and I was BEYOND happy with her. I thought the care I received was amazing. My only issue was the wait time. I was called back immediately but waited a while before seeing the Dr. no biggie. I'll update if anything changes but I'm very happy with this place.

Several visits made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. My last provider here was a nurse practitioner. Can't remember the last time my visit was with an actual doctor. I was told I could see one but it felt as if it the provider wanted to lessen her case load. The practice doesn't seem to care for or have an interest in the population they serve. I'm happy to say I have found a new primary care provider and practice that actually is attentive to my healthcare needs. I'm looking forward to better days and outcomes.

Dr. Courtney Willis treated our daughter at Albany Medical Center. She seemed fine at first, until…read morewe disagreed with her recommended treatment, which was invasive and unnecessary. We chose to follow the plan agreed upon with the hospital neurologist instead of the questionable one demanded by Dr. Willis. In retaliation, she teamed up with a colleague, Dr. Christopher Woll and made a false CPS report against us that contained blatant lies and racist undertones. Thankfully we were able to disprove her report with the help of other hospital staff. However, it's really concerning that the hospital seemed unwilling to take significant action to address her misconduct once we reported it. We saw many doctors while we were at the hospital, and other than Dr. Willis and Dr. Woll, they were all great. Hopefully this review allows parents to request a different doctor for their child if possible. We are also hoping this review will help the next family she tries to hurt.
