Customer service needs to improve. Try to remember the customer doesn't work for the employees.

The younger staff are actually pretty nice. But the owner is disrespectful and nasty. You can tell he's a miserable man and an arrogant human being. Making nasty comments and mumbling annoyances. Don't give this establishment any of your business. I know I will never be coming back here. read more

I regularly come here to return bottles and occasionally buy beer. In my last several visits they have become increasingly hostile, with an employee today asking me "don't you have anywhere else you can take these" when I arrived with empty bottles and the same employee saying to me "return them to the store where you bought them next time" when my transaction was finished. Incredibly and unnecessarily rude. read more

Good selection of beer. I was looking for a beer made by a Maine Brewing company that I could not find anywhere. Delmar Beverage had it for a reasonable prices and gave me a discount for getting 6 of them. The staff was friendly and helpful read more

Rude and extremely disrespectful. Do NOT bother going. They advertise themselves as a redemption center but the owner is rude and disrespectful anytime you bring in cans/bottles for redemption. He also gets mad if you do not purchase any beer from his store with your redemption money. You're better off going to another beer store than having to deal with someone like that. read more

Staff is very rude. They have a large selection of specialty beers but not very helpful. The owner was very condescending. When I only brought in returns he looked at me with disgust and tried to berate me for not buying anything. Would not recommend this place with its new ownership. The old owner was great but the new owner and staff have ruined this place. Very disrespectful and rude to customers. If zero stars were an option this place would get it. read more

Stopped in simply because it was on my way and I needed some beer for a barbecue. They have a very nice selection, but the prices...hrmm. Far more expensive than I expected. A bit disappointing that it wasn't cheaper than what I pay in the supermarket considering they specialize in beverages. read more

only giving 1 star because you cannot give 0 stars--- i ordered a 1/4 keg of coors lite beer from delmar beverage that was to be prepared for saturday, september 17th, 2016, for a birthday party at my home. the keg was loaded into the backseat of my vehicle around 2pm on 9/17/16. the keg was kept cold all night by way of 20 bags of ice and a large tin bin. the keg was tapped promptly after it arrived at my home and the only thing the keg poured was constant foam. i have been in the bar industry for 10 years and have never seen a keg do this, that was prepared correctly and non - defective. i have tapped hundreds and hundreds of kegs in my lifetime and never have this happened to a keg that was kept cold before tapping and not dropped or thrown around. the keg proceeded to foam for hours and we continued to try to use it during the party but ended up getting frustrated because we were just waiting for foam to settle for what felt like forever. most of the beer from the keg was poured onto the ground. the next day the keg was still tapped and i checked it and it continued to pour straight foam. i called the beverage center on monday and told that they would have their rep check the keg and see if keg was defective. i was called by someone from beverage center today telling me nothing was wrong with the keg according to their beer reps and i will not be getting any type of refund or gift card for my troubles. i repeatedly explained to the woman that i am a long time customer of this business and will be happy to take my business elsewhere as this is poor customer service practice to not even try to resolve an issue. i returned the keg more than half full 4 days after ordering it, why on earth would i return a keg that i already paid for days later with beer in it, if there was no defect or issue with it? i personally believe that defective or was thrown around at the store or by the distributor. the store employee who called was incredibly rude and after requesting that i at least be issued some type of credit for the failure of the keg i was told nothing was wrong. i took my complaint to the bbb and the woman replied with a we will give you a $25 gift card instead of the $100 refund that i requested for the amount of the keg. she continued to tell me that all of the reps poured and tapped the keg just fine days later. which i was not there to witness so of course they would say this. terrible business i will never be going back. i used my gift card immediately and will not recommend anyone buy anything there. i will drive the extra 5-10 miles to go to olivers brew crew for specialty beers. read more
