Aside from my primary purchase, they also had a lot of little items I've been looking for. (I said I'm picky so finding the right papers and the right tips is actually a big deal). Items were priced as expected. My friend and I were given just the right amount of space to look around, combined with the right amount of attention to ask questions when we needed. To the reviewer who complained about not being able to return something: every head shop I have ever been to for the past 30 years has had the exact same "no returns, no exceptions" policy. I also had a problem with the first PAX I bought (different shop), and contacting PAX was easy and they replaced my item quickly. This is standard policy.

The selection is insane I think it's the biggest humidor in the capital region. They have a great many cigars at a good value and some crazy high end ones that are a once in a life time find. Downsides are: I really wish they'd update their air filtration and lounge. The best shops I've visited in the country allow you to go buy some sticks without "having" to stink like smoke. Is what it is though, I get it. They also allow cigarette smoking. Nothing worse than trying to enjoy premium tobacco with people ripping darts. Pricing is on the high end. You can definitely pay cheaper online, with delivery fees. Overall, worth it.

I was asked what type of cigar my neighbor likes, and since I purchased them before, I said Cohibas. I also mentioned he had a heart procedure a year ago, and he suggested a mild cigar would probably be the best choice for him. He recommended Padrons, and since I know what I don't know, I said I'll take 3 of them. Well, when I gave them to my neighbor, along with a few other thank you gifts, he was very impressed. The next day he told me how much he enjoyed his first one as he was sitting outside after dinner.
