The food was beautifully cooked with wonderful flavours and so obviously fresh. Nice big portions and loads of choice on the menu. I couldn't afford a takeaway from here every week but for a treat, it more than hits the spot.

We started with the trio of spreads and Dolmades. The vine leaves were wonderful, warm and stuffed with spiced beef and served with a lovely rich mushroom sauce. After such a warm welcome we were happy to see the food matched the owners energy. Will be back next time in Eastbourne!

I am in my fifties and never experienced such rudeness in any establishment here or abroad and was so shocked I was lost for words. Recovering from an accident so didn't want to go back to confront him as no other staff visible. Average main course is £15 - £18 so not the kind of restaurant you would dine in every day. I have quite a few Greek friends and neighbours and they are so warm and friendly, shame on the Athens restaurant. No stars but the site requires at least one.
