Just as I was about to give up on it, I found "Kings County Tree Service" on Google and called them. Hector from Kings County Tree Service came immediately that same day. Not only was he very gracious, professional, knowledgeable and honest, he answered all my questions and gave me a fantastic price and said the job would be completed in one day. He arrived promptly on time the next day along with his highly skilled, professional & courteous large crew. It was just incredible watching all of them work so tirelessly in removing that massive tree along with the smaller one so effortlessly, quickly and cautiously in just one day! Once completed Hector and his hard-working crew cleaned up all the debris from my roof, my backyard, and even my neighbor's yard and left everything meticulously clean, and they hauled away all the debris & the cut oak tree logs. They even put back all my lawn ornaments, potted plants and fencing, which had to be removed as a precaution, exactly the way it was originally. Handed them a deposit. They said they would be back in two weeks to start. A month later they still weren't around or answering calls about my outside deck (hope you get the point it was for outside.) Finally after a few months of them having disappeared I had given up and started looking for a new company. One day my wife came home to find them at the house working on the outside deck. They finished the job (which looked great,) I paid and was happy...until... About five months later, all the stone started cracking and falling apart on my outside deck. I took some of the crumbling stone with my to the store to show to them and see what was going on. ...this is where it gets good... the stone was an INDOOR tile only. He said he couldn't do anything about it since we choose an indoor stone and used it outside. When I told him that he brought the stone tile choices to me to select, you said "sorry, I cannot do anything for you." Family tile basically robbed me of $1400.

On a Sunday morning, a huge tree fell on our home. We called…read moreseveral tree services, but since it was a Sunday morning, they all went to voicemail. Tom called us back within minutes, arranged to have his top guy, Gregg, come to our house and evaluate the damage. Gregg showed up, determined what was needed, and returned with a crew to clear the tree and debris, allowing us to access our home. This was all accomplished just 4 hours after the tree fell. They returned on the following day to take down the remainder of that tree and another tree that was destroyed. All debris was removed, the stumps ground down, the yard left immaculate.
