I was not impressed by her customer service or lack of personality by how she had the "high school I'm better than you attitude" in how she spoke. The 2nd visit was pretty much the same as the first. This time I was greeted by an older lady and when asked about their "spa" services she is looking at me as if I'm crazy until I followed with "massages" and finally caught on to what I was wanting to know. I also felt as if I was not welcomed by her use of "not caring" tone. I suppose I expect too much in regard to customer service. I will not return to this shop due to their small town, I don't know who you are so you don't matter attitudes. I'll take my business somewhere else.

Therese just a weird aftertaste to the water there. So, it's nice to have a place to get filtered water in a large quantity like this, and we can take it up with us. Maybe it'd be easier to buy one of those water filter attachments now that I'm thinking about it, but for whatever reason this is what we do. I'm sure there's some reason this works better for us... Again, maybe because it offers the water in such a large amount all at once. It's really easy to use, too! It's kind of like a snow cone shack looking place, and it's self service. You bring your empty bottles (from last time- not sure where you get them in the first place, if you can here or not?) and follow the instructions that are printed on the "shack" to refill it. It's literally just putting the empty bottle below the "faucet", paying, choosing the size (options are 1 gallon, 3 gallons, and 5 gallons), and then wait for it to fill. It's a pretty quick process, even considering we get the biggest sizes (and sometimes 2 or 3 of the 5 gallons at once) it never takes more than 5-10 minutes all together. The only thing is that if you do get some of the bigger sizes, you'll want to make sure you have someone there who can actually handle the weight

My husband is a weekly regular and is picky as hell, but he always finds something to appease his tastes. Pricing, considering the high quality product offered, is very good. The liquor area has a fair selection of beverages at competitive prices. Bulk candy is readily available at very cheap prices. Mikey, the Head Cigar Guy, is super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually browse the liquor and candy aisles while hubby is deciding. The other staff is also friendly - not in-your-face, jumping up and down type of friendly - but approachable and helpful. And pleasant when ringing your purchases up. When I'm shopping, I like to be left alone until and if I have a question. I buy alot more that way.
