This is an updated rating after my initial 1 star review which is the below: The owner was helpful in getting the delivery sorted out for me. The guys that delivered the furniture did a great job! However, the process to reschedule was not a good experience, even with the owner's assistance, due to problems within this local branch. Took way too much time and energy on my end and the team ended up making another mistake with scheduling before the items were ultimately delivered. Hopefully, they get a new system figured out. Initial Review: Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I cleared my schedule for the ONLY day they had available in February for my item to be delivered. I was told my item was not coming on the morning of the scheduled delivery date!!! Due to POOR PLANNING they couldn't fit it on the truck - they had overestimated the room on their truck! I gave them MULTIPLE additional dates I had available for delivery. They were not flexible and only offered two dates that DID NOT work for me. Please DO NOT use this service if at all avoidable. read more

Worst delIvery experience ever!!!! Still Ongoing ! Ordered furniture 1/1/20! First delivery date was 1/27/20! Deliveright cancelled and stated that the 3rd party they use to deliver dIdnt show! Assured that delivery would happen on 1/28/20 because they have their own trucks now!! Provided a 4 hour window. Arrived in area an hour early and never even came and rang doorbell. Automated communication system is terrible and difficult to rectify without threats of redelivery charges. Furthermore Coleman furniture had very little interest in the fact their system is flawed and only gave threats of cancellation and / or redelivery charges VS acknowledgement of the last mile logistics terrible customer service. Basically they schedule you with almost zero flexibility and then take it or refuse and fight the charges you will be incur or be threatened with. read more

They identified damages to our newly ordered furniture and sent pics to the mfr once it arrived at their location from a freight company. This happened twice with the freight company! They arrived on time. They called half an hour before to let me know they were on their way. They were quick, efficient and polite. And they were careful not to hit the low tree branches off the driveway. That was a big plus. They set up my couch, then took all the garbage away with them. I paid for white glove service, and that's what I got. My couch sectionals were all really well wrapped, too. I've seen some bad reviews, and I'm wondering what state those people are in. First, the crew of three men arrived at 7:30am this morning without calling in advance. Then they wanted to bring the furniture only to the threshold. We told them that our service had been upgraded by Apt2B to White Glove service. But they didn't seem to care. They argued repeatedly with my husband until he finally told them that this was BS and that they need to do their job. I tried calling DeliverRight, but you guessed it . . . no one was answering and their voicemail was full. When I had tried to reason with them earlier on Monday, July 11 about the fact that we had a separate order arriving on the same Tuesday, July 12 in the same window of time that they were in our area and wanted to deliver our furniture, they did not take it into consideration at all. Furthermore, when I calmly tried to explain that I'm disabled and couldn't arrange help so quickly to relocate the furniture from the threshold into the family room in the back addition of our house, all that ensued was an inflexible attitude (she told me they "weren't like other shippers and didn't allow flexibility on the delivery date; only as to whether it was morning or afternoon"), an unwillingness to compromise or cooperate and incessant argumentation; she even interrupted and talked over me. It was just unbelievably disrespectful and so unprofessional. I finally had to call Apt2B to escalate the issue. And once I explained, they were fantastic with upgrading our standard delivery to White Glove gratis. And yet, how funny that today DeliverRight STILL didn't want to provide the White Glove service afforded by Apt2B. It really seems like the scheduler either didn't do her job in communicating or the crew didn't want the extra work. Either way, not a sterling review for any of them. What I can say is that the crew finally got their brains in gear and realized that my husband wasn't going to put up with any failure to give us what was committed to. And ... it wasn't going to look good for them if they had to take the furniture back and only to discover that we were telling the truth and actually DID have White Glove service for the delivery. So the crew leader decided to deliver the furniture, set it up and take away the boxes. And honestly, it wasn't the fault of the crew. It was the communication between the scheduler and the warehouse. But this is exactly the kind of poor service that can so easily ruin the fine reputation of the manufacturer. And it's really this kind of attention to detail that make UPS the clear and overwhelming leader in the logistics space. read more

I paid $200 just to have them bring it to the apartment? I thought white glove delivery was supposed to take the product out of the box and set it up for you. I'm a petit woman and I paid for this so I wouldn't have to inbox and set it up myself as it'll be a challenge. When I asked the guys to do so, they looked at me and just said "we don't do that". So much work I still have to do for spending so much extra money for a service that wasn't delivered. The company called ahead the day before to give a 2 hour window and then called the day of to give a 30 mins head's up. We had a heavy sleeper sofa delivered with white glove service because it had to get up three long flights of stairs (!!) The last flight was particularly tight and steep. The guys were incredibly efficient and we were amazed that they got it up that super steep, curved staircase. Another delivery team might have given up, but these three kept at it, trying different angles and different tactics until it worked. They cleaned up quickly and were off.
