The problem: it was too watery, or in other words milk dominated and there was insufficient ice cream in the mixture. A frappe should be thick, and difficult to draw up by a straw. I think the fact that they combine tea service with their regular menu limits their ability to delivery a high quality tea, and some of the features that you get in a tea service are lacking as a result.
