UPDATE: They finally checked email and saw that I was asking about my order. Turns out that they hadn't sent it, but they finally did. Got it about a month late, and it's taking me a while to readjust after being off the liver detox for that long (I'm on two other medications that aren't great for my liver, so I really need the help). I appreciate that they made good on the order, but I'm not sure I can trust the service. Just got a response to my tweet saying that they now have someone new in charge, so I might give them another try. We'll see. PREVIOUS: The products mostly worked for me (Estroblock and Liv D-tox are great, but nothing else did much---but each person is different, so don't let that deter you), but we're about to enter week 2 of no product delivery, and I can't get anyone there to email me back about the situation. I was counting on these products, and now I'm going to have to fight to get a refund *and* find products at GNC or wherever that can replace them. It took me approximately 6 years to contact him after researching and getting leads from other doctors that showed his consistency and commitment. I paid them in November and was finally contacted in late January. I tried multiple times to get a refund and was told no refunds were allowed. They also have a bad review on the BBB website, which I wish I had checked out before. They have poor customer service skills, not what I was expecting for the money. I don't recommend doing business with Nick Delgado. His customer service is horrible and the value for what I paid and what I received was not there at all. No results were really clear from any of the tests I did with him and his team. All they wanted to do was push supplements and whatever products and books he was selling. The consultation with him personally was even less than a total waste of my time. During it he was distracted by people in his office, he didn't really get to any concrete solutions or advice at all. So good news, I have clear skin for the first time in 13 years. Did I mention I'm on my period right now and this past week it has just been getting progressively better and glowier? I even went off my paleo diet for a few days because I was working long hours on a film set and had to eat the food they offered: donuts and pizza. I thought for sure I would break out but I just came home to really healthy, glowy skin, lol. I am kind of in shock. After 13 years of suffering with acne (Age 12-25) I just want to say "That's it? It's over?? Is this a trick??". I still don't believe it. My period is also less painful, less heavy. I have been using Estroblock Pro for about 4 weeks. I take 4 pills per day, rather than the two written on the label because I've noticed that it works better for me and the staff said it's safe to take. The first two weeks my skin got worse than it had been for a long time. I had breakouts on my chin, cheeks, and temples. I was really moody and my pee was brown every morning. I found it hard to push through because I didn't really know if it was working and the acne was really hard to bare. The third week the breakouts started slowing down, my pee went from dark brown to orange, and the fourth week my skin was clear and my pee was yellow. I honestly didn't expect this to work because after trying so many things, I was used to being disappointed. Not sure if everyone goes through this, but I feel kind of ripped off that I really suffered deeply with cystic acne for so many years, when there was just a vegetable pill available to fix it. I guess it is a mixture of ecstatic relief and bitterness because I really don't understand why this cystic acne happened to me, it felt like just meaningless suffering that put me over the edge so many times. I can't really express the feeling of rubbing my hands over my face and feeling real human skin, without pain, infection and scabbing. I even called my mom and said "Wow, my skin colour is white, not red". I really want to help people find this product, because there are so many men and women whose lives would change with it. I am in shock that this exists. I went to my doctor when I started Estroblock because I had a very rough first two weeks on it. He told me that it was just the way my skin was and that I should give up with the natural remedies and that if it bothered me so much that Accutane was an option. I do believe he was trying to help me, but I find it so frustrating that DIM clearly helps so many people and so few acne sufferers know about it. Even worse, I can't believe that I had deep facial infections for half my life due to estrogens caused by pollution and bad nutrition. I had by far the worst acne when at age 14 I decided to become a vegetarian and live on soy meat replacements that are so high in estrogens. My acne went from normal breakouts, to cysts covering my whole face. Soy should be treated like a medicine not a food! It wasn't till I was 19 and quit that ridiculous diet that my acne backed off a bit. I've read some reviews where it didn't work for some people. Maybe it doesn't work for everyone, but I also think that some people need to take stronger dosages than what the label says. I've done some internet research and apparently DIM has been studied a lot and is considered safe in much higher dosages than what the pills include. I personally have to take 4 per day which has cleared my skin, and am considering taking 6 to see if it will help my anxiety stabilize as I think it is due to hormones. Yeah, it costs more to up your dosage, but I know anyone who has suffered from deforming cysts is willing to pay it. The company is also great as they are really there to help you through it and answer all your questions and address your worries. I emailed Rachel a lot (like at least 8 emails) and she was able to give me info about other people's experiences and assure me that everything would be okay. I also find their instagram helpful as it shows before and after images which can help you stay calm if you are going through a bad detox. read more

I love the product, hate the customer service. We bought over $500 worth of supplements with a promise that the office would send instructions on what to take and when. Never happened. I've contacted the office several times over the last couple months. I did talk to Rachel twice. the other messages went unanswered. Both times she promised to send out my information the next day. I'm not sure when that is, but I'm still waiting. I'd asked for two things: The list of what my wife and I were supposed to take, and the items that Dr. Delgado promised from the cruise. But the problem now is that it's been almost 3 months and I can't get anyone to talk to me and tell me what to take or reorder. So, I'm looking up other solutions to solve my problem. So sad.
