They didn't have high chairs when we got seated, but the staff was so accommodating and quickly ran across the street to borrow some from another restaurant. The host gave us a rundown of the place and all of the different areas: board games, bocce courts, arcade games, old school gaming systems and TVs, golf bays, and putting green. Some activities were free and some needed a gaming card to play. There are dining tables and bar stools inside, as well as picnic tables and more seats at the bar outside. It was a beautiful night, so all of the large windows were open. Their bar included signature cocktails and mocktails, as well as limited beer and wine options. The food menu wasn't very extensive, but we tried the buffalo chicken dip, caprese dip, guacamole and queso, Thai chicken tacos, and a flatbread. The food came out quickly, and everything was pretty good; it wasn't anything spectacular, but decent to snack on while you play games and enjoy the atmosphere.

It took forever to get drinks and a few of the workers were a bit rude - "I'm not your server". The food menu is pretty small - mostly snacks. The avocado toast is excellent! The cocktails are fun and festive! We loved the wall of board games! Overall it was a cool place, just wish there were more food options!

Once we saw and met the team we'd be working with for our big day, we knew 100% that we had made the right decision. Lauren, Rachel and Erin were and are so very helpful in all of our decision making. We cannot say thank you enough to not only this venue- but also the staff and vendors here that we chose to work with. Everyone was always very accommodating, helpful, and our questions were always quick to be answered. Ourselves and our guests can't say enough about how terrific the food was. Not only did they listen to our ideas decoration choices, but they helped bring them to fruition. The venue is beautiful with plenty of space for all your guests and parking. Don't look anymore, choose Bella Sera! Thank you, Thank you, and THANK YOU! Brad & Genevia 10/28/2016

I was extremely disappointed with the Mother's Day brunch experience this year. My family and I had…read morevisited before and absolutely loved the atmosphere and food, which is why I encouraged my family to celebrate here for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like our previous experiences. This was not a cheap brunch, yet it lacked some of the most basic brunch offerings -- no omelet station, no waffles, pancakes, or the variety that was offered in the past. The food overall was very disappointing and nowhere near worth the price. What made it even worse was the dessert area. Once desserts ran out, they were never refilled, and several members of my family never even had the chance to try them. For the amount charged, this is unacceptable. I even asked the host about the omelet station they used to offer and was told it was removed because the lines would get too long. That is not a good excuse. Other brunch places like Grand Concourse still manage to offer omelet stations, waffle stations, eggs, meats, and much more at a similar or even lower price point. I left embarrassed and disappointed after recommending this place to my family for such a special occasion. Sadly, we will not be returning, and I would not recommend this brunch experience to others looking for a quality Mother's Day celebration.

Where other hotels charge a large incidental fee the simply charge $30. Breakfast was exactly as described and then some, they did not wait for food to run out it was hot and fresh. Don't waste your time taking a chance on a different hotel just book here. 5 stars and very well deserved, they are extraordinary.

Having somewhere close to sleep was really nice as my week went on; especially near the end of it, when I needed naps/quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the event. If you need a nice but simple hotel this is definitely the place. The lobby and my room alike were clean and well maintained. My bed was the standard hotel-level of firm, and the pillows were the standard hotel-level of soft and flat. I like a softer bed and thicker pillows but at this point I know not to expect them during my travels. The wi-fi worked pretty well overall; it got spotty at times but was more reliable than what I'm used to at hotels, so that was a plus! One thing I didn't like was that every time I'd pull into the parking lot, trucks would have parked across multiple spaces (rather than attempting to fit into a single space). I did find parking OK day to day/night to night so it didn't affect my stay; but I also noticed it daily, and wondered if the trucks would have been allowed to do that if the hotel was busier. In summary: I had a straightforward stay in a simple but nice hotel. They definitely offered a good quality stay for a reasonable price - I'd stay here again, assuming parking never becomes an issue.

The hotel feels modern and fresh, the staff are always friendly, the lobby is always clean. They never run out of parking spaces, even though Hotel is isolated from the surrounding area, because they have the very large back lot. So why only only 2 stars? First off, there are no electric vehicle chargers. Secondly, the hotel feels new and clean and nice, yet things are falling apart very rapidly. I will enclose pictures of drawers that don't open, trim on the nice colored wood cabinets surrounding the television and wardrobe that's completely missing, a spider in the bathroom, and cleaned area behind the bathroom door that you only see if you close the door and look for it, a lot of grime between the sink bowl and the stone countertop, Formica on the door that is cracked, and a towel rack that is not just starting to rust, but it is well along its journey. But the straw that broke the camels back saying for us was lifting up the toilet seat and finding a lot of uncleaned stains on the bottom of the toilet seat. That's just unsatisfactory because that's one of the things that people look for a hotel is a clean toilet.

This is a Marriott property. From my research this property was built in 2011. Ok, and I can tell that nothing has been updated. Bathtubs have been recaulked sloppily. Chairs are stuck in a recline fashion. Beds are impossible to sleep on because they are highly uncomfortable. Walls in the rooms are grimy. And the list goes on. 2. This property does not disclose all fees upon check-in. After a late check-in and being tired from driving 10+ hours, my credit card notified me the total amount deducted, $65 more than the amount of the reservation. I asked about it the next morning and they explained that these were incidental fees, in case of damage in the room. No disclosure of this prior to check-in, nor at check-in. 3. While I was aware that this property did not provide breakfast, I did not expect that their "bistro" would be a one-man show. We attempted to get some water near closing time but the person stayed in the back. After that experience I chose not to request anything else. I'm familiar with the Washington area and knew there are multiple restaurants in the area so the bistro was never on our list to eat. 4. This property is dog friendly. While I have no issues with that, people are not responsible with their dogs. Upon getting to my room a dog comes flying towards my family, unleashed. We have pups ourselves - it's unnerving for a dog to run full speed towards someone. Luckily the pup was cute, the owner was super apologetic, but...a leash would have solved this interaction. The hotel has notices in the elevator that specifically states all dogs need to be leashed. 5. Parking fees of $4/day. I laugh at this because what??? We're in Washington, PA. The property is tucked away, and no other businesses are located nearby. Upon check-in they do not ask about any information on your vehicle. So...is everyone being charged for parking? Say I used Uber - how would they know? Or if I had multiple vehicles, is it still $4/day or per reservation? And why is there a fee? I just don't understand. 6. Last (not really but this review is long enough)...the toilets. Have you seen the episode of Married with Children when AL Bundy wanted a toilet that goes "varoosh"? He wanted a powerful toilet with a powerful flush. Well, the flush on these things shakes the whole toilet. Al Bundy would be proud. I'm a chicken, after the first flush and my soul left my body, every time afterwards I would flush preparing myself for a quick exit. No kidding I asked my kid if he was scared (of course he wasn't) but hell...it was unnerving for me. So overall...nope, I don't see myself staying at this property again. Not worth my time or money. The value isn't there.
