Last, when you are not quite happy with the results and you mention it to them, they just tell you that your skin is too dry and they just move on i.e., ignore your expression of dissatisfaction. Overall, I try to avoid this specific location in Amsterdam (V. Baerlestraat). They just make you pay to feel awful.

Was a bit grossed out that she used a metal spreader (looks like a cake spreader) for my legs and kept reusing in the wax. Unsure why as there were wood sticks next to the wax. Gross but I'm hoping it was my fresh wax and not used again. Certainly wouldn't have tolerated that for a bikini or other wax. The ladies were nice. The hygiene is just not up to my standards.

Although she wasn't the most experienced, she was thorough and patient for the whole visit.
