Banking info is the same, card info is the same, but same issue despite any of that. I've even checked to make sure funds were available and it ALWAYS is. When I call, all I get is attitude. I'm told they don't have time to call me and let me know anything. Their work load is heavy and they're making 200 plus sales of insurance a day. My question is: Why are you so focused on new sales when you could have retention as well? It makes no sense to blatantly ignore current customers for ones you hope to have. A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush. If you don't know that means....google it and do better.
