Have been using Premier Ortho for years and have never has a bad experience. Recently have seen Dr…read more Mostello for a shoulder issue and he answered all my questions and the treatment has been working 100%. All the NPA's and Doctors I have seen in the practice either in Elmer or Vineland have been exceptional. Have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and never have I waited more than 15 min for my appointment. Unfortunately my insurance has changed and I have to find a new ortho. Hopefully I can find an ortho practice as good as Premier.

So today I almost crawled into Dr. Kim's surgery center, as my back was killing me. Let me start…read morewith the fact that every nurse, staff member, and yes, doctors are all beautiful. Next, they might be having a contest to see who is the sweetest and kindest? I observed like ten serious contenders or fifteen if I saw that many people. (Don't forget the pain) I was so grateful to be there and I am thinking that they all were too? The staff must be allowed to wear their choice of awesome outfits, boy that is something other offices should copy, quickly. I couldn't feel the needle going in, because the nurse is so amazing. The nurse who greeted me was having a great hair day, outfit...wow... I think they all were. Finally, the very beautiful Dr. Kim came in and made everyone feel welcome and special. It was all about the staff and me in the operating room, she likes others enjoying themselves I was amazed to observe this. Dr. Kim keeps my football injuries at bay, and she does it with a smile, grace and she's beautiful too. I love going to Dr. Kim's offices, my back stopped hurting when she said "I will take care of your pain" that was thirteen hours ago, I feel so wonderful! Thank you Dr. Kim and staff!

Thank you to PA Alex for taking care of that. The cancer didn't show up on xray only on the MRI. Santoro had preconceived ideas as to the cause of his pain & that set us back.

Without a consistent good diet and exercise miracles just don't materialize Invest in a healthy lifestyle and physical activity to strengthen your core to expand your strength and endurance in your daily activities I see DR Xing as needed for less pain with moderate exercise 2-3!times a week and I have better endurance in my activities

After waiting for improvement that never happened and saving enough money to meet my insane insurance deductible, my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Reynolds to see if my left hand, which is almost entirely not usable, could be repaired. Dr. Reynolds sent me to get another EMG study (carpal tunnel) done. I did this a week after my appointment with him. The results were sent to him twice. Two months later, I never heard a word from him. Presumably because he's not capable of making a diagnosis. Which would have been fine if he'd had the courtesy to let me know. I find it astonishing that a physician would order testing for a patient and have ZERO follow up. I'm now working with a mature, experienced, knowledgeable doctor in the hopes that I'm not permanently disabled. I will certainly never ever visit Delaware Orthopedics again.

I tore my ACL in April, had surgery in late May and am back to walking normally now in July. Though he is the Phillies head physician he was down to earth and extremely helpful. Obviously he is a wonderful surgeon based on how my knee is feeling now. Would definitely highly recommend him to others needing to see an orthopedist.

I went to Dr. Ciccotti numerious times because I am a baseball agent and he is the team orthopedist…read morefor the Philadelphia Phillies. The first time I went i had a peroneal nerve injury at the top of my fibular head. He could not diagnose and and gave me a cortisone injection which took the pain away for about a day. I had to go to another doctor to figure out what was happening. around 8 years later I went back to him b/c I had severe pain in both of my knees after hurting them both playing basketball one day. I had gone to one doctor Larry Miller who had done minor scopes on my right and left knees earlier and Dr. Miller could not figure out what was wrong. I was in tremendous pain and limping with both legs depending on the day. Dr. Ciccotti could not figure out what the problem was either. I then had to go to Dr. Mitch Friendman also of Jefferson who told me that all the problems were in my head and that there was nothing wrong with me. I then went to a 4th doctor in Farmington, CT to get a 4th opinion. I then sent my MRIs to a 5th doctor, Keith Meister (the orthopedic surgeon of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club who also verified that I had a tear of some sort in my right knee. I then went back to Dr. Ciccotti to see if he would do the surgery and he declined saying that he would not perform surgery on a knee that was previously operated on... I then went back to Dr., Meister and he recommended Dr. Paul Sethi of Greenwich, CT. Seeing all of these doctors was over an 8 month period while I was in severe pain and depressed that the first 3 told me there was nothing wrong with me or that they couldn't find anything wrong. I I went up and saw Paul Sethi and he took a half hour with me to talk about what he saw on the MRIs. He said that there was definitely a cartilage tear and maybe a severe one in my right knee and that I might have had a minor tear of my later meniscus in my left knee. He said he could not promise me anything, but that he would do my best. When he went into my right knee he not only saw a tear of the right lateral meniiscus and a tear of the artitular cartelige that lines the femor in a weight bearing area. A part of the meniscus had torn off and rolled up into a little ball which caused the tear of the articular cartilage as well. He performed Microfracture surgery as well. I was on crutches for 5 week while I still needed surgery on my left knee. It took me 18 months for my rehab on my right knee to recover. I then had surgery on my right knee and it had a 5% lateral meniscus tear. Paul Sethi was with me the whole way while Dr. Ciccotti didn't even really try to help me. It's kind of frustrating to be a baseball agent and rooting for the Phillies your whole life and then to have the team Orthopedist not know what to do and then not want to help you. I am so lucky to have had Dr. Meister and Dr. Sethi take the time out and really help me when I need them. This review should really be one star, but that would be really vindictive. Well... this is my story. I am sure Dr. Ciccotti has helped many get back to health. He just didn't help me.

I had a very positive impression with Dr. Fisher at first. After some persuasion, he agreed to do a…read morerather complex spine surgery for me to hopefully solve years of pain. I went through all of the testing and processed to prep for the surgery. A week before the scheduled surgery date my insurance company denied the claim. Dr. Fishers assistant told me she was filing an appeal with the insurance company. She said it would take 6-12 months to hear anything back, and also told me not to call for updates, she would call me when she heard something. I called a few times, regardless, to see if there was any progress. Just after the 12 month mark on my final call, Dr. Fishers assistant apologized and told me she had never actually filed the appeal and I had to meet with him again to start the whole process over. When I met with Dr. Fisher he did not accept any responsibility, and told me it was my fault. He said I should have been doing a better job checking in with his assistant throughout that year, and basically washed his hands of the whole thing. I didn't return to see him after this.

In 2005 Dr. Fisher and his awesome staff saved my life. I was about to be wheelchair bound and…read morepossibly bedridden. He figured out a complex sports injury that almost snapped my spine. (Football, Weightlifting, and a Surfing Accident) In 2019, he did it again. I was almost unable to function at times, and Dr. Fisher said I would be better soon. The day after surgery, I stopped taking opioids because my incision and my spine felt amazing! I recommend Dr. Fisher if you want to use your body the way God intended it. I am thankful to report I am blessed by Dr. Rush Fisher and his profession staff. Pray and go to Dr. Fisher, he is the Best!

Funny, you were talking it yesterday. Either way, very poor organizational skills by their office staff. I can't comment on the doctors because I never got to see one. Seems more like a for profit business than a medical office... not that everyone isn't leaning that way. I'll pass.
