All the NPA's and Doctors I have seen in the practice either in Elmer or Vineland have been exceptional. Have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and never have I waited more than 15 min for my appointment. Unfortunately my insurance has changed and I have to find a new ortho. Hopefully I can find an ortho practice as good as Premier.

I had a very positive impression with Dr. Fisher at first. After some persuasion, he agreed to do a…read morerather complex spine surgery for me to hopefully solve years of pain. I went through all of the testing and processed to prep for the surgery. A week before the scheduled surgery date my insurance company denied the claim. Dr. Fishers assistant told me she was filing an appeal with the insurance company. She said it would take 6-12 months to hear anything back, and also told me not to call for updates, she would call me when she heard something. I called a few times, regardless, to see if there was any progress. Just after the 12 month mark on my final call, Dr. Fishers assistant apologized and told me she had never actually filed the appeal and I had to meet with him again to start the whole process over. When I met with Dr. Fisher he did not accept any responsibility, and told me it was my fault. He said I should have been doing a better job checking in with his assistant throughout that year, and basically washed his hands of the whole thing. I didn't return to see him after this.

(Football, Weightlifting, and a Surfing Accident) In 2019, he did it again. I was almost unable to function at times, and Dr. Fisher said I would be better soon. The day after surgery, I stopped taking opioids because my incision and my spine felt amazing! I recommend Dr. Fisher if you want to use your body the way God intended it. I am thankful to report I am blessed by Dr. Rush Fisher and his profession staff. Pray and go to Dr. Fisher, he is the Best!

They were horrible and not empathetic towards a 68 year old woman. I saw them for 7 months only to…read morespend hundreds of dollars to get "worse". I had to see 3 PAs before seeing a doctor who finally ordered MRI. They left me unable to walk for a month and unable to put pressure on my foot due to severe pain in my knee. They saw I was unable to even walk. Again just appt after appt. and no relief. I went to Rothman and within 2 weeks I saw the back dr and the knee dr and got epidural injection and on the road to recovery. With Virtua I was still waiting on an appt with the Dr to review my MRI at the end of this month and then another month for an injection for a pinched nerve in back. At Rothman everything was completed in two weeks. Rothman doctors were compassionate, listened, answered questions and did not rush in and out. The difference between Virtua and Rothman is like night and day. I was treated poorly at Virtua and excellent at Rothman. In my opinion Virtua Orthopedics is just a "money grab" and they should be ashamed of themselves! I am Team Rothman Forever!
