I was greeted promptly and taken back to an exam room very quickly after finishing my initial paper work. The doctor came in and did her assessment and I was completely blown away by how honest and personable Dr. Chaudhry was. She was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated her saying she wouldn't prescribe any medication that she wouldn't give her children. She is very in-depth with her patients and leaves no stone unturned while asking the necessary questions to properly diagnose. I brought my daughter in the same day for a sick visit to be seen by her husband, pediatrician Dr. Nazar. He was equally wonderful and knowledgeable and I look forward to bringing her back to see him. There is nothing like bringing your child to a GREAT doctor. I'm very pleased. The entire experience was the best and most refreshing doctor experience I've ever had. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone who lives in New Castle County!

Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. My diagnosis requires surgery so it was a pretty big deal and I'm just upset that no one called to tell me or help me.

I believe she brought up her educational background three times, if not more? As if patients care about training location more than competence and empathy. Thankfully, despite her cocksure arrogance and extreme unprofessionalism, another provider was able to implement the solution she abrasively and hastily shot down, leading to a significant improvement to my quality of life. Come here if you want to be berated by a doctor who incorrectly and dangerously assumes absolute knowledge, go elsewhere if you want quality medical care and empathy. I can't say I have ever had a more negative experience with a provider. It's one thing to be wrong, which she certainly was in my case. It's quite another to be arrogant and wrong, which is honestly a dangerous combination in medicine.

I suffered for lower back pain for years and my old chiropractor had left and I decided to give this place a call. I was politely greeted and scheduled for a day to come in ASAP. X-rays were taken and a scan of my back muscles were taken. I saw dr Rinow 3x a week and started to feel better after his first adjustment. I even noticed getting out the car was easier for me and i knew i had made the right decision. I continued to come and continued to feel better but then I told him how I wasn't feeling right. After a few weeks we redid scans and i wasn't doing better and he sent me for an mri bc he said he didn't think what he was doing was helping me. After that I brought him my results and I had a herniated disc. After trying a few things with him my neurologist sent me to a neurosurgeon who operated. Because of Dr. Rinow I probably would've never been "fixed". If you're reading this, thank you Dr Rinow thank you Sherri and thank you Matt!
