I've driven by before and always wondered what was in there. They had everything from travel supplies, luggage, and plenty of agents to help you book a vacation or get a membership. I even noticed they had charging stations for electric vehicles outside which would be great to know since I recently got an electric car. Anyways, back to the photo. I walked in, was greeted by an agent and she took me over to grab my mugshot. They printed it out and gave me a couple of copies. The whole thing only cost around $15, which is what it costs at the post office too. I think I will definitely be back to check out the stuff they have inside because I saw some great luggage and items for a couple of trips I have planned coming up.

I was told they were having issues with a Co Worker and was trying to figure out where all those clients were going. I had more questions and I was made aware to set up an appt to go over the rest. So I did. I felt like I was drawing straws to even have her talk to me. To the point I said, so do I need to call you for the appt, or will you call me? She said for me to call her at 10:30 am and if she didn't answer she would call me back. So, at the end of all this, again first-time cruse, long time member. Help planning your routes if you need that. Website shows construction areas as well. A call at any time really does get your flat fixed or your battery jumped, all by a trained and polite man (its always been men for me anyway), always feeling safe. When you call, its the first thing you are asked "are you safe" by the operator. Various discounts here and there with your AAA card. Then I walked in here. This location is located on Amelia Drive, near two different Strip centers - theres a Marshalls, Premier Liquors, Home Goods, Target, Kohls, Childrens Place, Justice for Girls, Oreck and more. AAA is on a corner here and has easy parking. It looks small from the front, but when you go in you see how large it is. Its pretty long. At this location the FIRST thing you see is a cash register. A large one. Unusual from my experiences in other AAA's. I was there to return some books we had not used. She was pretty snarky about it. I was surprised. Usually they are super nice and pleasant when we return maps or books. The place was busy, all the travel agents were working with people and there were a few people in the waiting area too. Im always glad to see that type of thing. But Ill avoid this location in the future. I want polite and pleasant help in a place like this. Sorry for the 2 stars AAA. Perhaps you can discuss "customer experience" with your public facing staff. **This rating is not about the AAA in general. For a small fee you get terrific coverage.
