I expected to receive a request for review or survey later in the day, but nothing from AAA except the computerized "thank you." So this review is by way of saying "Thanks again" to David. He meticulously, and successfully, found the cause of the leak: a nail so tiny I imagine it was used in making doll house furniture. Then he said he could put the spare on or he could do a repair. Placing the spare, covered; repair, $38. So I called my daughter (her car) to see which she wanted. She'd already made an appointment to bring the car into the shop on Monday, so she was happy to know repair was an option. Saving a weekend of running to an air pump at least once a day, and parts and labor on Monday at the shop (which would most likely do a repair, anyway), we had David do the repair. He did an excellent job, of course. Was always polite and professional --except to the many yellow jackets flitting about the area. In sum, David did a great job, saved my daughter time and money, represented WNY AAA perfectly. Oh, and I had only about a 40-minute wait for the truck to show up. Great job, AAA!

Help planning your routes if you need that. Website shows construction areas as well. A call at any time really does get your flat fixed or your battery jumped, all by a trained and polite man (its always been men for me anyway), always feeling safe. When you call, its the first thing you are asked "are you safe" by the operator. Various discounts here and there with your AAA card. Then I walked in here. This location is located on Amelia Drive, near two different Strip centers - theres a Marshalls, Premier Liquors, Home Goods, Target, Kohls, Childrens Place, Justice for Girls, Oreck and more. AAA is on a corner here and has easy parking. It looks small from the front, but when you go in you see how large it is. Its pretty long. At this location the FIRST thing you see is a cash register. A large one. Unusual from my experiences in other AAA's. I was there to return some books we had not used. She was pretty snarky about it. I was surprised. Usually they are super nice and pleasant when we return maps or books. The place was busy, all the travel agents were working with people and there were a few people in the waiting area too. Im always glad to see that type of thing. But Ill avoid this location in the future. I want polite and pleasant help in a place like this. Sorry for the 2 stars AAA. Perhaps you can discuss "customer experience" with your public facing staff. **This rating is not about the AAA in general. For a small fee you get terrific coverage.
