I did have questions about the estimates and we resolved them before proceeding 3) they show up when they say they will. This is huge!! 4) they were straightforward with what they didn't do. The example is I was considering an epoxy floor which is a speciality. They said up front they didn't do it versus trying to wing it. (BTW They helped me come up with a great alternative). During the job the crew discovered some bad pieces of siding that needed to be repaired and Pat had me review them on site, sent pictures for my record, and sent updated costs so that I was aware of the impact to the overall project budget. At the end of the job he made sure the crew took care of every item on the punch list to get fixed before asking for final payment. No home improvement job is going to go perfectly but I feel that Earthly Matters delivers a consistent customer experience not just when they are quoting your job, but all the way through to the end.
