We had a male cat that had decided to mark his territory before he got fixed (over and over again I might add) - and it smelled horrible. I tried everything to get it out, even purchased this special stuff from the vets that it supposedly what people in forensics use to get the blood/protein out of crime locations. Didn't work. Paul showed up, and not only was able to get the smell out of carpet, but also gave me an education as it related to carpet stains and smells and why the over the counter stuff and other cleaning methods didn't, and wouldn't work. Bonus - the rugs looked fabulous! He certainly made a believer out of me! I will never rent a rug cleaner or buy over the counter products for this type of a job again. Caitlin, the business manager has a great phone presence and said she would see what she could do. She called back to say that 2 people could do the job on Friday afternoon. We went through the details of what needed attention and she told me to call her if anything was not up to my standard. When I inspected it on Sunday, the shower doors were sparkling and everything was really nice. I did feel the kitchen floor could have been better. When I called Caitlin she said the cleaners ran out of time (had to get to another job) and that she would personally go and re-do the kitchen floor. What a difference!
