The trip was fantastic, organized, well laid out...all that we expected and more. The tour guides did all the organizing but Eric the driver pulled it all together. Eric stayed on time, he helped us on and off the bus and kept the bus clean. He also removed the luggage quickly when we needed it for our rooms. Eric did all that I mentioned with an up-beat attitude and a smile. It was so nice to leave the driving to Eric. He is an extra nice, nice guy. We felt safe, relaxed and in good hands.
