He listened to what I wanted and they were so patient and gentle. They had me sit on the chair and Eleazar held my 14 month old while they put a cape on me. I was really appreciative of how much care Jose took on my son. After he finished, he offered a lollypop treat but I told him he doesn't eat candy yet. He then offers him a toy car and let him choose which was so thoughtful. My son had a positive experience and I plan to continue coming here. read more

They told me that he would be arriving but I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes till they asked if I wanted someone else. He got there 10 minutes early and patiently waits for the barber to call him, he was acknowledged as he walked in. The barber never let my husband know that he was running behind, and after 30 minutes my husband walked out. I love the idea that I can find them anywhere , Instagram for pics, here on yelp to review , on google , which they have a very user friendly appointment app you can use to book your appointment . When I called to make the appointment for my husband, the young man answering the phone was very polite and helpful . Little did I know that they are always super busy , so to add on that , his phone etiquette was superb . I love the idea of a VIP service , which gives the client a special time to be taken by barber whose been fully booked already - of course there's an extra charge, but well worth it ! BEBÉ took care of my husbands haircut and beard trim and did an impeccable job ! My husband loves it and most importantly so do I ! My original barber was gone for this week and i needed a cut for an event. I came in for a haircut here because this is my backup barbershop and oh man, my expectations were dropped. I got this dude and i don't know his name was but he had a blonde combover or something similar. My haircut was so basic - bald mid fade, trim half an inch on top, and a hard line. The man forgot to bald my fade, push my hairline back, gave me a crooked line up, and trimmed so much on my top when i asked for HALF AN INCH. I made sure with him as well before he started cutting it off on top. How did you even get hired here my man lol. Anyways, i was so disappointed in the cut because i had such high expectation due to the pervious time i went. Im giving this two stars because i called about my cut and someone decided to PROPERLY fix it up. He took his time and already recognize the mistakes from the haircut i cut.
