Looked in and saw an employee just sitting on the counter on their phone. I work graveyard shift and expect if a place says 24/7 they'd be able to accommodate and serve customers. Disgusting! This location is trash! They gave me some old, nasty reheated burnt fries, a burger that was thrown together. No straw or sauces that I asked for. The worst Del taco I have ever been to!! I ordered 4 beyond avocado tacos, two 8 layer burritos, macho fries, and more. Waited almost an hour in the drive thru because someone's car broke down and on top of that all of my tacos had cheese on them plus I was missing my macho fries. I had to get back in line to wait another 30 minutes so they can bring me cold stale tacos and one of them was missing avocado. Then one of my burritos had no rice and no guac ( I paid to have guac on it because it doesn't come with it). And no compensation for waiting so long for a wrong order. So I got to the window for them to tell me they will only refund the food that had the hair in it and if I want a full refund to come back the next day when the general manager is in. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. I requested fresh hot fries for my Carne asada fries and of course didn't get that. I tried speaking with the person in the drive-thru but she walked away after stating they should be fresh. I then called and was told they were hot and then she hung up the phone. I called back and asked for the manager Eddy whom I had spoken to earlier. I explained again to Eddy that it was not good customer service to hang up on customers to which she stated that was my fault. I then voiced my concern about the fries to which Eddy informed me she was too busy to talk to me and hung up.
