I had been a huge fan of the Tough Mudder branding for a while, so when I started working with my co-founders to launch BollyX, Condensed IO was the team I thought of to contact regarding my own branding and marketing strategy. I have worked very closely with the Condensed IO team since the inception of BollyX. From the beginning, I was impressed with how imaginative and talented they are in translating the vision of a company into incredible visual branding. Condensed IO is a full-service marketing partner for us. Not only have they helped us envision and create our brand, they have also built our website (front end and back end) and they produce all our marketing collateral. My working relationship with the Condensed IO team has been nothing but positive. First off, they are extremely fast and reliable. As a startup, I appreciate that they are very hands on and constantly testing and iterating our website. Additionally, they are genuinely passionate about our company, and they are constantly thinking of ways to improve our branding. Lastly, they are extremely approachable and responsive to my team's needs. Even in the most urgent circumstances, I can rely on them. My co-founders and I consider Condensed IO very much a part of our own team.

What makes Condensed so unique is the pride and complete commitment they bring to the design of your brand and website. Condensed is in it with you. Brent and his team would prefer to give up a client before they would compromise on what they think is the best representation for a company. I don't know if I've every worked with someone who spent as much time discussing my site's direction, its design and the overall message we wanted to convey. I came to fully appreciate how they scrutinize every little aspect right down to the type of font that is used. No details is left to chance. Many web designers don't have opinions and just do whatever the customer wants. That seems convenient, but that's not how great sites and brands are built. You need a company that has so much confidence in their skills that they will push back and challenge you if they think it's in the best interest of your business. The truth is, most of us don't know what we need, so having a team that doesn't back down and sticks to their creative vision was critical. I am proud of the warrior combine brand and site and will look forward to future collaborations with the team at Condensed.

Complete waste of time and money working with Worst of All Design for strategic branding…read more Hired WOA for Brandshrink: Phone consultation was more of a phone call than for a paid service for expert advice and direction with business branding. This is not a service for a start up or individual that has any sort of common sense and/or business knowledge. Was told the Brandshrink would help strategize and formalize concrete steps to move forward with specific branding purposes: It provided ZERO value to my business plan and more BS than anything else. The call lasted about an hour and 40 mins most of which Pia spent talking about the MOST basic generic business terms & concepts, see below. Verbatim : Start selling the service yourself. Start building your brand personality and voice. (Isn't this what I hired you for??) Hire and Grow: Create a reputable process, etc... Duh? The success of your company will lie in your ability to stay focused on your vision and building a distinct brand voice, so as you move forward its critical that you aren't swayed by the opinions of random friends and family. Not sure what was more painful, Pia asking me the name of my company at the end of the call or seeing my thoughts regurgitated back to me in her follow up a few days later. There was absolutely ZERO attempt to offer any solutions or help when I expressed my disappointment only to be cut off and dismissed. Anybody who outright tells a customer that they read an article that the customer is not always right- Lacks more than just branding abilities and thankfully, not anyone I would want to work with. #UNPROFESSIONAL The only thing right about this company is their name: WORST OF ALL!!!
