When I opened my eyes I looked like a whole new person! The lift and to tiny really opened up my eyes and added contrast to my features! And no irritation afterwards! Went in for a lash lift and tint the other day and was a little disappointed. I not new to the lash lift game and understand that results may differ each time. However, this time I left the salon with a lash lift that made my lashes look short and stubby. It seems like she didn't start my lash lift from the roots and started midway. So my lashes came out straight then it curls up. Even if you have short eyelashes you have to maximize the lash as much as possible for a beautiful lift. Unfortunately, half of my eyelashes came out straight then curls at the tip. read more

I signed up for lash extension membership and when I called to cancel they continued to bill my credit card for 179 per month. Despite me following their policy they continued to bill me monthly. I asked for a refund and they declined. Bad business practices! read more

I have mixed feelings, Lauren's been doing my lashes and mostly always did a great job, but now I'm seeing Sydney who is so kind, but I left there unhappy as I expected, my volume set is so light and I know they'll all fall out within days, a lash refill should take 2-3 hours, they say ONE hour, it's no wonder they can't seem to get my lashes right, hopefully next time she gives me what I want and am paying for. read more

Got a brow lamination and tint- lamination lasted 12 hours of just sleeping. Tint is barely left after 3 days. Also received a lash lift and tint- very disappointed in the quality of that after 3 days it looks like I don't even have any tint. Got a eyebrow tint by Diana. Let me start off by saying DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEBROW TINTING. She didn't wax at all or even pluck them to shape before doing the tinting or even anything. Then she tinted them a darker color than the shade showed to me before tinting so I could agree to the color they were gonna come out. However, they didn't look anything like that color in the end. Since she didn't wax first so the tint took to all the facial hair even some peach fuzz. Making my eyebrows about a inch wide. And completely without any shape, arch or anything. Looks like they were drawn on with a crayon by a 5 year old. I'm the first picture is when I got them done sorry bad picture but their was no shape and and they look big and bushy. The second picture is my eyebrows before if my eyebrows are that light why would she go soooo dark especially with my blonde hair. read more

I would not go here for a brow or lash treatment. Save your money. My first treatment was an epic fail. I came in for a second appointment to fix the first appointment. No better the second time around. Brows way too dark and lashes do not look like any treatment was applied. read more

I am so happy with my new lashes, and was pleasantly surprised when I didn't need a refill until over 2 weeks later. I've been to this location for a couple different services. The salon is so cute and also very private, which appreciate especially during the pandemic. Everything was so clean and was overall a great experience walking in. I first went in for lash extensions and being a guy I didn't want anything over the top it wasn't my style wanted something a little more natural. The lash artist I think her name was dianna worked with me and we figured out the best style. After some refills the up keep on them was a little too much for me and when I expressed that to the lash artist she told about a bunch of different options I could do. I ended trying out a lift and tint and loved it! So much better for my lifestyle and I felt so comfortable even the other lash artist were so nice and friendly. I went to the Marlton location. The lash tech was pleasant but she started asking questions about which mm lash I wanted and do I want them curly or straight. So I basically said just medium. I felt like if she provided examples of lengths and etc I would've been able to make a better decision. During the install she kept poking me with the tool she used then she pinched me with it a couple of times. After an hour she had to call another tech over for assistance. So she was able to finish an hour later. At the end she tells me because of my "baby hairs" it took her longer than most and that I should try some serum and etc. I looked at her and said no I never had this issue and I'm not interested in the serum. From what she said to me and they way she was messing up during the install I new she was a newbie. You are suppose to do the baby hairs first especially if some are shorter than most. I will be going back but not to see her. Hopefully my experience next time is more pleasant. read more
