Kris was really responsive and helpful when I was picking out colours and I got exactly the look I wanted. They are not too talkative because some of the staff do not speak English very well yet but they are all lovely and full of attention. You can forget you are in London and there is very little movement outside, especially in the evening (as offices are closed). They have the usual selection of tea and coffee on offer and the scalp massage was particularly relaxing. I don't have a complex request or style requirements... Never-the-less they spend a good 45minutes cutting, massage if you want it, good hairwash and rinse and attention to detail. It's very relaxing, perfect for after work as they open till 8pm. A 6 or 7pm appointment is great and their stylists stay fairly consistent through the year. I had a nice shellac manicure done by a meticulous gentleman whom made sure to prune my nails well before painting them and made sure the colour covered my nail from edge to edge. They are also competitively priced, with a shellac manicure costing £25. They do; however, only accept cash. I didn't know this, but I was able to take a quick walk to the cash machine at Sainsbury's local on Mare Street to pull out cash after my appointment. Overall very pleased with my experience.
