He asked me if the water temp was good and I said yes. That was the last time anyone spoke to me until I left. I tried to chat with the lady doing my pedicure but all she did was speak in Vietnamese to the other employee. Another customer tried to chat with her and was also ignored. when she was finished, I handed her my certificate and she tore it up and threw it away. Never going back.

She kept hitting my cuticles with the filer which left small cuts on my skin I told her it hurt but she kept doing it I then told her how I wanted my nails which she refused because she said it took to much time but if I'm paying for it it should have gotten done the customer is always right so after my nails dried I realized she had polish on my skin that had hardened my nails look horrible smh I will no longer give them my money and to add insult to injury she charged me $45 and it's not even what I asked for! They need to be shut down and retrained on customer etiquette and how to do nails period!
