When I got there, the lady braiding my hair was annoyed that I brought this up and didn't even blow dry it correctly...she literally just blow dried my hair without even combing it so there wasn't even a point in her doing that. My hair was still rough when it was dry. Why even offer to do it if you're going to halfway do it? When I took the braids down my hair was shedding so badly (I had 6 feed in braids) because she didn't put any oil in my hair at all and used that tiny comb to comb through it. I had long 4c hair and now it is shoulder length because of all the damage. Wish I could give them 0 stars

This salon was in the same small outlet with the Record Bar just a few hundred feet down. The parking lot had a lot of spaces and I never had issues finding parking even when the parking lot was repaved. There was a waiting area with a TV, I believe four salon chairs, and two chairs in the back for washing your hair. Jessica was great and always easy to talk to. My hair was the way I liked it every time I left here. Awesome!
