We paid $10k for a tent and some tables a week before the wedding. My mother called the morning my little sister died to tell them not to bring the stuff and her call was never returned. Phillip Schnorr is the owner of the company and initially offered no refund. After a period of back and forth, he only offered around 20% refund.. It's not about the money. It's not about the money at all. It's about the fact that we rented a week before the wedding. The likely hood of someone else renting in that short a time frame is low. At least my mother had the strength to call and cancel. 20% and returning calls days later after several people have called over the last week? People like him are what is wrong with the world. Not how you run a business.

Excellent service from start to finish…read more I was hosting a party for my wife, one of those special birthdays that end in zero and I was clearly out of my element. Not only was I out of my element, I was unsure of what I needed. I shouldn't have worried, the crew at Luxe walked me through the process. Then allowed me to make changes. Then make some more changes. When the day of delivery came, I realized that one of the changes I made deleted some fans that I needed. It was my own fault, but alas, no problem, a quick trip back to Luxe and I loaded the items on my car. Everything went very smoothly.

Roses should last much longer than 5 days. Hubby bought me roses on his way out of town from Publix. He bought them February 5th, when Valentines Day rolled around February 14th they were still vibrant and beautiful. I'm not sure what happened with these roses from Stephen's, but I am very disappointed. They were so beautiful and glittery when I received them. Should have lasted more than 5 days.

We loved that they offered both services, were recommended by our venue (Clay Theatre), and had great reviews. We went in with high expectations, and they were exceeded! Starting with our DJ, Patrick -- he was amazing! We connected live before the wedding to go over our music sheets, get his opinions, and sync up. We felt so at ease from the initial conversation through the wedding! He did a great job with all of the music for the ceremony, hyping the crowd for our intros, through the end of the night. The dance floor wasn't empty for one second, and his music choices were a huge part of that! Really knew how to read the room and make strong music choices. He was such a calming presence on top of everything when we had a few pivots to make and took it all in stride. I'd recommend his services any time! Dustin was the lighting assistant at our venue and did a great job keeping the party going! We had two sparkler machines and the crowd loved them. For video, we had John! Video was later add for us and I am so so happy we did it. First of all, John was fantastic! He worked so well with our photography team and it was a seamless process. He was there for all the moments but we didn't even notice the cameras. Audio was great and we really enjoyed his calming company. We got our video teaser back and my MIL broke down crying immediately! Even with just the teaser the essence of the weekend was captured, and I am so thrilled for the final product. PSE was the only choice from the beginning, and we are so glad to have them for our DJ and video team. We would recommend them to any couple in a heartbeat!
