I had to chase him down for every. single. thing. -- contracts, comps, staging, photos -- basic stuff that every other agent I interviewed (and there were seven) handled without blinking. Dan, on the other hand? Constant delays, no communication, and vague "we'll get it done" fluff anytime I asked a direct question. Spoiler: he didn't get it done. He lowballed our own contract by $200,000 under the agreed-upon listing price, and when I pointed it out, there was no apology, no accountability -- just more smoke and mirrors. His assistant?
