    The shop is small, the sales staff are good. Products display is hodgepodge, your basically buying…read moreoff a computer, sight unseen. I could not even see the light shade I picked out. What discouraged me was the prices were high, over $500 for each of the two lights I might have liked but couldn't see. I decided to go to Lowes and searched online there, they were less expensive and if I found a light later I loved I could change them. FYI, Lowes web sight was much better.

    Difficult to do business with and not customer focused; culture problem. I should have just…read morepurchased from the box store as I know what to expect when I purchase there. I purchased $1500 in lighting, none of which was actually available to purchase; it had to be ordered. So they must not stock much. I waited a long time and finally called. My order was in, but no one had contacted me. No one informed me of the return policies, they are not on the website, and not on the invoice. I emailed on the website inquiring, because half the lights I wanted to return or exchange and never received and email or call back. I called and thought the return/exchange policy was a bit extreme, but I had to accept because I can't use the lights. A 25% restocking fee and I pay shipping and handling back to the manufacurer. Why both? And a seriously hefty restocking fee. Not a customer friendly exchange, or return policy. I was also told there would be no acceptance of return for the one light that had been installed. I voiced that I had never had any trouble returning a light to lowes, installed or not and she said she could not believe that. I chose not to exchange because I would still owe those fees and just take the return. I accepted the terms with the lady I spoke to on the phone and was told to bring in the items. I did, and the sales lady did go speak to someone before the return. I was given a credit receipt and a credit card credit slip. I never saw the return on my credit card. I called my credit card company to confirm, no credit from one source lighting. I called one source on a Thursday and explained on the phone that it never went through; 5 weeks later. She went to ask the manager, came back and said she was at lunch and would call me back. She took my info but I never got a call back from the manager. Instead I got a shocking letter from the manager Shayla that must have been written on Friday because that's the postage date. She didn't even have the decency to call me back and address me in person. My credit had been called, on purpose. And for 5 weeks no one had told me until I started my own investigation and called them. They would not have called me, and their office manager should have been able to see that there was money owed to a client. (I was part owner of a business and offices know what is owed to them and what is being held by them and owed to clients). The letter stated they had cancelled my credit intentionally, the sales person that assisted me did not have the "authority" to do it. No one stated until this letter I received 5 weeks later, that they do not issue a credit until they receive a credit from the manufacturer. They have the lights back, they are the company I did business with, not the manufacturer, and they won't credit me back? These are terrible policies for the customer, I have never dealt with a business that doesn't give you money back when you hand over the merchandise. And they don't tell you any of this when you buy or even try to return and the people responsible for these policies don't call you back, scold you in a letter like its my fault and still keep your money. Don't do business with this store. Ive never written a review before, but anyone thinking of buying from them should know my experience. I don't have the lights, my return has been cancelled and no open communication but this letter. No one had the guts to call me, in 5 weeks. I think they know this is a bit embarrassing so they didn't have the nerve to tell me over the phone.
