They were very respectful and set great expectations and provided very clear communication. On one Saturday they scheduled us to drive however there was a snow storm predicted. They called well in advance with notice and rescheduled on another day. One of the instructors, Dan, met with me directly to review my son's driving habits and provided great feedback on how to help boost his confidence and reinforce the rules of the road.

I'm proud to say that he recently finished his driving classes with Brian, and passed his test. Brian was very encouraging and helpful. He clearly cares very much about teaching people the correct way to drive. He goes above and beyond by teaching people more than what's actually needed to pass the test. I will definitely be taking my daughter there next year, once she is ready to learn to drive too. Excellent business!

It can be challenging to sit in a class with a bunch of 16-year-olds who don't want to pay…read moreattention, but my favorite teacher, Paul, was really fantastic; very caring, seasoned teacher with a gentle manner and lots of wisdom to share. I wasn't too thrilled when the owner didn't want to honor both my gift certificates, and most of the first lesson was eaten up by his prosaic spiel about how this is the best driving school in the city. The one perk I should point out is that CAA supposedly offers a discounted rate for graduates of this school. I would recommend driving lessons for any new driver, and if Paul is an instructor I would recommend him, for sure (mine was kinda frosty). The facility is nice, clean and has new equipment.

He offered more lessons, but never returned calls or texts. I had a way better experience with U Star Driving School. What a shame.
