Been getting my hair cut here for years. Every barber is legit. Doug the owner runs a great business. The jokes and stories you hear from these guys makes the hair cuts enjoyable. If you like the Raiders, Dodgers, and Lakers you'll feel at home at this place. My only advice is to go early cause when they get packed it gets busy as hell. read more

My first experience taking my then 6 year old wasn't the greatest. We waited long and the barber must've been a rookie because he took long (not good for a kid) and it didn't look good. I had to convince my son to go again. We tried it out again but with a different barber. We lucked out because we got Hash and not only was he fast but he did a clean job. I've always had a hard time finding a good barber to cut my son's hair due to it being so thin. I looked up a couple barber shops and saw that Deez cutz had such great reviews. So, I decided to try it out. I called to make an appointment and was told to walk in. So, I showed up around their rush hour and knew I would be waiting for quite sometime (which I was willing to do). I walked in and no one greeted us or acknowledged us. I sat and waited..... Barbers took in their appointments and took walk-ins and still no one acknowledged us. So, I decided to leave as a result of bad customer service. I wouldn't be coming back. I guess I will continue to search for a good barber. Disappointed I wasn't able to give them a chance. read more

This has to be the worst barber shop I've been to. I didn't even get greeted or acknowledged walking in the shop, while I was waiting which I didn't mine but when 3 ppl or"friends" of the barbers came later than me and were attended before me and didn't get no explanation, that was the final straw. Only come to this place if you want to waste your time. They do not respect walk-ins, if someone they know comes in they take them. Even if you are next and the excuse they make is they have an appointment. Even with an appointment i got pass. Frank is good but irresponsible not worth my time to seat here for almost 2 hours for him to give me the run around. Will find another place to go. read more

The atmosphere of this place is great, big HD TV 's everywhere and all the crew there seems to get along. Decided to give another place a chance for a change, after driving around looking for a place to get a haircut i remembered Deez Cutz was close by my house. Nice and clean, big waiting area so its not like you're gonna feel like a sardine, or have to rub legs with other people when you go to other barbershops and its not a very tight place or a small waiting area. Seems like prices have gone up around the valley but not here at Deez Cuts, its stayed the same at $15.00. A very hospitable owner, he seems to appreciate every customer who walks in and always greets people. read more

DOUG IS THE MAN! DEEZ CUTZ is the best! I've been coming every two weeks within the last 2 years. This place is clean and it's always a good time. Great quality haircuts and always have a good laugh. It's a damn barbershop, not a drive thru. Everyone complaining about the wait and appointments! Good quality takes time so every time I come through I know I might wait a while. I have been going to Deez Cutz for 9 years now! Never disappointed with my haircuts. Environment is great! TV's everywhere showing movies or sports and good barbers all around. I've been going to Doug from the start. He is a hardworking and humble person. Will put time and effort for every customer. Only expect the best from him. Took my son to get a haircut with a specific barber, he wasn't there at the moment but they said he might be in the back. They went to check but he wasn't there so the guy in the front said I could wait a few minutes if not he'd get me someone else. 25 minutes went passed and nothing. Then turns out no one else was going to be available all of a sudden. Since when doesn't a barbershop take a walk in??? They may cut good hair and the atmosphere is great and the guys are cool but the customer service sucks!! I already had a not so great experience in the past with some cocky ass barber and now this today! I will never return and I'm sure they could care less about this review but I had to take time to vent because they pissed me off! I took my business where it be appreciated! read more

Well first of all I've never done yelp before but "Deez Cutz" gave me a reason too. This was my first time here. I don't know the crowd or barbers at all so I'm just a general walk-in. I wasn't sure of the hours but this particular day I walked in 40 mins before they closed. As I make my way to wait to get called on, No welcome, no acknowledgement at all. Its pretty empty, kids playing, each Barber is helping one client. After 15 mins one barber is finished and what I assume is to be the owner looks at him and clearly says "get this that guy that came in". I wait 15 mins more and it's 10 before closing while the guy thats suppose to cut my hair walks around, moves his stuff around, drinks water, then comes up to me and asks if I had an appointment. After clearly saying no he say's "okay well you can come back tomorrow cause we are closed." So after making me wait 30 mins you tell me to leave? I'm not sure of the quality of "cutz" they offer but they obviously only care about their personal clients and not any new ones. Maybe it was only that one barber and the others are actually decent. Let's just start off by saying I used to love this barber shop I'm not a regular but I would take my son every now and then to this place and service was great ...most of the time when the stocky bald guy was there ...he seemed to always make sure everyone was takin care of and smooth...and he was also a great barber too ...cleanest fades in the valley for sure..all until today I will never step foot in this shop...I waited for about 30 mins....but I noticed this one dude about 20 was done getting his hair done and instead of paying dude slaps a hand shake and leaves and I'm like wow I'm a customer with money in my pocket and you rather hook up the homies on a busy day at your business where you have waiting PAYING customers....I don't know that's just a slap in my face....then another guy comes and just sits in his chair and like I said I was there for 30 mins before this crap happend ...so maybe I was sitting there for 45 mins they had like 6 barbers working I dunno it's like a home boys hook up barber shop now ...as for the bald stocky barber I'm sorry bro but because of your workers I will not be customer anymore .. read more
